Now that the files are available in various locations/carriers ...
    For regular users : http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...achesi-904841/
Advanced users may prefer alternate methods though.

I too installed the 10.2.1.2102 software release (non destructively via Sachesi, but backed up for insurance). Took about 1 hour from start to finish. So long as released OS is available somewhere in the BB stratosphere, this is a very simple and reliable way to upgrade. Can't wait to see if I'm able to perceive any performance improvements on my STL100-3.

I also updated using Sachesi via Mac and I'm with T-MO here in the states. It was relatively easy I was running leek 10.2.1040 beforehand. I used the Rogers build of 1925 and it seems pretty stable. Initially had some proximity sensor issues where it wasn't working to turn my screen and keyboard off during phone calls and while that problem returns every so often it has become no HUGE deal breaker. I would however like a fix for it. Happy 10.2.1'in!

I installed the Vodaphone 2102/2142 from 1925 ..last night-after backing up with BBLINK (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) its on the BB Servers and I installed it according to the Instructions in the sticky on this forum, It was smooth and uneventful. I then used the autoloader for radios provided by those Fine Folks at Legend to update my radio as the Vodaphone Z10 is SLT 100-2 and I have a Verizon 100-4. That too was smooth, and uneventful - and both installs were non-destructive - yippee- no restores ! Just to be safe- I did to 2 full re-sets...

So far everything is fine, smooth and running- and it fixed my Visual Voicemail issue plaguing me since I installed 1925 (seems restoring <settings> can have an issue with that ). V V hasn't been in my Hub for awhile- and I couldn't download or listen to Voicemail- I had to dial in ! ( How do people live like that ? ) Stay tuned but I am VERY HAPPY and wish to extend my sincere thanks to Sachesi AND Legend (I will contribute today) - BB ROCKS :

I took the dive and survived. Installed 10.2.1.2141 & .2142 Radio on my AT&T Z10 this morning using Sachesi and the .BAR files. Took approximately 52 minutes and all appears to be just fine. I was running .1055 previously, so it was a big jump.
