I have leaked 10.3.0.1154 and when my phone died just now it didn't display device shutting down message, it kept blinking the red led light and I plugged in the charger for a few seconds and didn't stop the blinking. I removed battery for it to stop, plugged in the charger without battery, then put battery in and it turned in but it had resseted to factory settings. Please help!!!

If it reset to factory settings you will need to load the OS of your choice and a backup if you have one. No way to recover what you had before the resetting.

I wonder if you have some sort of retail demo mode set somehow. Did you ever load the wrong autoloader or set retail display mode on?

This sounds like something I've seen on embedded devices, where they put something like a read only flag in so any changes are lost to the c drive when rebooting to avoid the user breaking the appliance. If you want to save changes you need to run some program that saves any changes made. You might just have a bad device, I'm sure that you can get a new one if someone with a better understanding of the BlackBerry bootloader can't think of a way around it wiping.

My device is good. I've used the autoloaders from this site and before everything was good. It's only happened with 10.3.1 and I went to 10.3 because of it and now it happened again lol. If there's no fix I'll just go back to official OS.

I had the same problem, had to sent it in for repairs. It is a hardware issue.

I'm just going back to official OS. I'm tired of the leaked issues.
