My vzw z30 has had 10.3.2 installed for a couple weeks now. It started getting a little wonky and is now showing 10.3.1 as the os version. I used an auto loader to install the upgrade so it was cleaned clear out. Has this happened to anyone else?

Am curious about this since 10.3.2 supposedly blacklists 10.3.1, so that it wouldn't be possible to downgrade.

Could you post a screenshot of your OS version to check out which version it reverted back to?

I have a Z10 that I would like to go back to 10.2 so I can have wifi calling back. Maybe Verizon's latest 10.3.2 does not have a black list built in?

I had no idea the carriers could bypass the blacklisting that came along with 10.3.2.
    Maybe an OTA thing?

    Thread re-opened.

We have enough to debate on here without bringing in topics like politics or religion. I'm sure there are other, more appropriate forums for such discussions.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

So I looked at the Verizon OS:

    OS Version: 10.3.2.840

    Board Version: qc8960
    Board Config: factory_sfi

    Build ID: 856548
    Build Branch: BB10_3_2_CPLUS

    Webkit version: 10.3.2.1
    Wifi version: 1.1

The following is the OS Block List Configuration after the OS is loaded
    OS 0.0.0.0 to 10.3.2.658
    RADIO 0.0.0.0 to 0.0.0.0

    Radio version: Radio_Z30-Classic-Leap_10.3.2.841

    Build Date: Jun 03 2015 23:43:00

Hardware ID: 0x051D0001 Qualcomm Snapdragon qc8960
    Quite impossible. Shenanigans.

Unless it never installed, in which case, get on that.

you must not have had 10.3.2 really loaded. Did you load it yourself with an autoloader from here at CB? or did you do an OTA load?

It was with the auto loader provided here. It showed 10.3.2 now it does not. You all can call it shenanigans if you want, but I know what I did and what it said on my phone

I am still very curious and yet to believe.
Can you post a screenshot of what your OS version says in settings and not the one you posted up there.
Go to setting / About / OS
Take that screenshot and post here.
If it still says 10.3.1, I will have an explanation for you. Without that, I don't believe.

Mine is on bb10.3.2.2204 when I place reload software it is giving me 10.3.1.17.. as an update but I did not go ahead to update it because was afraid of blacklisting issues. May be it can not back list using blackberry link as it is Ota update.

If you try to go through with it, you will either end up with a brick device or it will just tell you error.

Shut off Auto Update. Verizon may be installing a part of the OS on your phone. Not the whole thing. Verizon Cloud isn't supported in newer OS versions. If fact, you may have wiped out your Verizon password if you use Verizon Cloud on a newer OS. So it feels it needs to update to fix the issue. Verizon doesn't look to see if the current OS is lower grade or high grade, it only cares if it matches their newest one. If not, it may very well think it needs to update.

Double check some of the app bars such as the music bar, you might still have a 10.3.2 apps in it.

Why not show us an actual screen shot of your system settings instead of the update screen?

i'd rather see that showing the OS and SW versions
