    Hi,

I do not get PGP full working. I am able to import my private key but not any public keys. I always get error messages that the key cannot be imported.

    Any ideas?

I'm getting the opposite. I can import public keys but not my private key.

I wonder if it has to do with key length. I have a huge key.

I had trouble with my keys as well. Created keypairs with PGP dos and linux gnupgp with poor results. Someone suggested pgp4win and I had the best luck. Turns out all of this was in vain as I have no email provider that supports this.

So the PGP setup is only for BES? Ugh. I should have read the fine print.

Pgp only works with Active Synch Exchange accounts. I will try to export key s from gpgp4win and see if this works. Thanks

It doesn't even work with all ActiveSync Exchange accounts. My outlook.com email wouldn't work with PGP or S/MIME.

Same here. I have two activesync accounts and I see no PGP function for either.

Does it work with PGpgp https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...tent/47148895/ ?

Looking forward to this if you can integrate into Hub eventually.

Currently I work on some performance
improvements, which should be finished very soon. Then I will
investigate the integration with hub, but it is not easy, and not
obvious how to do it, as BlackBerry 10 API does not give a easy solution
how to do it. It is possible to decrypt a message in the background, but
it would require access to keys (and password), and the message should
be then somehow accessible. It is not possible to replace the text of
the original message - what if phone would be stolen? Lot of questions
    to answer ;-)

I use your app which works great and can import public keys well. But I really miss the HUB integration

Understood, will be following this thread, in case you do integrate into the hub please be sure to update this thread.

I for one would me more than happy to pay an additional premium for the hub integration.

I myself have been on the fence about PGPGP. My unseen.is is compatible but haven't got around to seeing if it will work on BlackBerry via the app (plus I really have 1 person to email that has Pgp email too).. but if it had hub integration (whether via your app or stock from BlackBerry) I would be all over that.

Will be following this thread to see how things go with 10.3.2. Hopefully it's not just for BES

Thanks now I don't have to get my hopes up for that lol kinda figured BlackBerry would do that, seems the real security only goes to BES like bbm protected

Seems like they're moving away from BES for some stuff so I have hope email encryption will be available to all BB10 users. I'm using BBM Protected right now without a BES server.

A few years ago Kevin M hinted that security and data compression would bring Blackberry out of the dumps. At the time, he couldn't have foreseen the revelations of what our government was doing. I think it is just shy of ridiculous that PGP implementation is not extended to all users but okay, whatever. At least there is one developer who is helping.

I have no problem importing keys; you probably have it set up wrong; the key files should be both public and private in ONE file (export 'em that way.)
