Can we hide the black bar on sideloaded apps like Waze on 1055?

Yes, swipe down from top of screen to expose a top bar with one option: Hide Bar.

It is done on an app-by-app basis. Meaning it stays hidden/shown for that app, but you have to set it individually again for every other Android app the first time you open them.

I hide it on games, but leave it open on certain apps where I will be going "Back" fairly often.

Duh, now realizing this leak has unlocked runtime, so bar is hideable anyhow. Thanks for your response!

No problem. Lots of new features, sometimes hard to keep everything straight after months of habit doing stuff a different way.

Funny i found it only after loading the Starbucks android app which truncates your card on a Q unless you hide the bar.

Having it on an app but app basis is an excellent design change.

I'm looking forward to installing this leak. I do most, just been too busy recently.

I totally agree. This was how I hoped it would be, and it's great the boys in Waterloo listen sometimes!

PS I like your avatar. I have a pug too!

Thanks. Now I can hide my bar on Line app but still can't add contacts.

He's our 2nd. After having such a great experience with our first, we got a second. Full brothers a year and a half apart!

He was sniffing around and got a piece of tape stuck to his nose and was oblivious...

    Both are goofballs!
