Verizon Q10 SQN100-2. I just had to restore my phone from a bad leak install. Can someone point to the correct leak autoloader for me to install for my phone. I would appreciate it. Thanks

Hmm, I thought I just tried that and it seemed to load but then I got stuck on the setup screen. It could not get past the part where you chose which country you are in. It chose US, which is correct, but every time I pushed the screen to approve the country and move on to the next screen it would not happen. It showed the approve button descending but nothing happened. Strange because it easily let me change the country so the whole phone was not frozen, just the ability to move on to the next screen. Trying again.

Hmm again, was in the middle of setting up screens and the phone just randomly rebooted. Seemed to reboot fine but now it is stuck on "Software Update", with the swirling circle and "Checking for Updates", for the past ten minutes. Suggestions please?

Use BlackBerry Link to restore to latest software, see what happens

I think it is completely borked. The phone accepted the leak, but I have to complete setup but it is saying that I have no mobile connection and the sim card is now from an unrecognized source. I cannot restore through Link because it requires me to complete setup which I cannot do because of the Sim card issue. Is there a way to hard reset the phone and clear to official release? I have wifi connections.

Fixed my Q10 up nicely yesterday - there are about 3 threads on here with the same information.

Let's get you going. This is painless and easy!

First, go to this link How to reload the OS on a BlackBerry Z10 or BlackBerry Q10 | CrackBerry.com and use the "Harder Way" guide with Internet Explorer. It will make sure your phone is stable and clean and perfect.

Then an hour or so later, grab yourself Sachesi. https://mega.co.nz/#!vsYHASTR!BLrXsU...j0CLL2HaSUBgp8

Open Sachesi and use these options

    Country - 302
    Carrier - 720
    Device - Q10
    Variant - SQN 100-5
Click Search. You should see "Update 10.2.1.537 available! OS: 10.2.1.1925 + Radio: 10.2.1.1899" pop up on the side. Click Download All. Sachesi will get you everything you need, and when it finishes downloading everything, make sure you know where all of these files have gone. They will be in their own 10.2.1.537 folder and I think on my computer they went to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory.

With your Q10 plugged in, click on the Install tab in Sachesi. Navigate to the parent directory of the 10.2.1.537 folder and select this 10.2.1.537 folder --> Sachesi will begin installing the OS. Once you see no activity in Sachesi anymore, click the power button on your phone, and you should be good to go.

You haven't set up through link yet? Or backed up anything? And you tried to install a leak? You're nuts! Try Sachesi. You should be able to search for a os and install from there if that doesn't work...
