Should be 203 files if you included the Rogers apps. The folder size should be 1.57GB.

    Posted via BBCBZ10
I used settings from Xsasha for Australia, so not Rogers. I only have 201 files.

not enjoyable with no dark hub and no blend. and still Word flicking problem.
That's because this branch was never meant to be installed on your device.

All apps are all apps. Updated apps are those that are newer than those on 1154/1172. If you're already on 1154/1172, the you only need the updated list.

I would like to install this to my Q10 by using Sachesi. I would just want to confirm whether the process I am about to use is correct. I read in previous posts about debrick and core OS, but i did not do those things - they seem to be complicated. Instead, I used this:
    1. I used Sachesi 1.9.4
    2. country code 302
    3. Carrier code 720
    4. upgrade
    5. for passport
    6. chose download device for Q10 - is this correct?
    7. pressed download.

It downloaded 203 files. However in the end, there is a warning that says that there was a discrepancy between the size of the downloaded files and the expected files but that this was probably a bug. I don't have the exact size of the files now, but that this similar message was encountered by another poster several pages ahead of me.

Now, in installing these files, all I need to do is connect my Q10 and hit install?

    Thanks.

So I think I just installed only the core os and radio. It didn't really take an hour to install 5 mins to be exact. By doing it this I'm not getting the full os on my phone correct? Does it make a difference? Just curious. Thanks

You're getting the new OS & radio but none of the updated apps. Best way to get them is go to OP as someone put them up there for download. You can then drop them into your phone with Sachesi.

If you aren't on rogers. You probably want to delete the rogers apps "my account " "suretap" and... raps live TV.

Otherwise, yes. I got the size warning as well, but everything matched up.

Yea. Make sure you have a couple gbs of free space on your device first.

Yes. It has worked since 10.2.1 builds. Make sure you do a custom backup, include application executables, and backup (at the least) Clash of Clans and BlackBerry Runtime in the Application Data sub menu in link.

I never bothered deleting them and loaded the new OS, once loaded you can delete the icons manually...... either way will work.

That is normal. There were two carrier-specific apps in Rogers' version of the OS. They were unnecessary.

Installed it flawlessly a few hours ago on STL-002 using Sachesi and the method described at page 13. I don't notice any change in battery behavior compared to 10.2.1, I'll tell you tomorrow if it lasts longer. Android apps load much much faster.
It took 15-20 minutes to reconfigure itself (hub, messages, contacts etc.) but nothing was lost.
I deleted carrier specific apps and didn't use any carrier settings. I also forgot to put it in airplane mode, just dragged and dropped selected files (removed all extra-languages and carrier apps) and installed them.
I can hardly wait for Blend to work on Z10.
It's a pity that battery saving option is not yet available. Oh well, you can't have it all at a time, I'll buy a power bank.

Thanks for that, I was wondering if there was any carrier bloat in this. Just in time to disable them.

installed on DAC, but it not optimized. and lags in many operation, slow animation. battery drain fast, network issue.
Touch is not good, many times to touch twice, thrice .........i hope it will be resolved in 10.3.1
