I think it's called snooze on the fly, where you get the normal default option, or above it you can choose from a variety of different snooze intervals. Which OS version brought that back?

If you're talking about snoozing a calendar notification, it's in 10.3.1. You can select the default or another option up to 30 minutes. I have also noticed in some cases you can snooze up to a day. Not sure about 10.2.

I'm running Z30STA100-3/10.3.1.2582 and I get a "Custom Snooze" option on the dialog. Offers up to 30 minutes of snooze for Calendar appointments

Pretty sure it's been there for several past OS versions, but I can barely keep track anymore. Other things have my attention...

Yes it has been there since 10.3.0 on the passport I believe and 10.3.1, im sure the OP is talking about when a calender appointment alert goes off on the phone and you have the snooze option but also custom snooze to set the snooze time a bit longer.

It is in 10.3.1 but does limit to 30mins.

I loved how you could snooze for several hours on the legacy os.

In one of the previous leaks, you could "follow up " an appointment and set a new time for it but I haven't seen that in any of the officials.

    Scratch that.

If you go into edit, you can select follow up.
