    Hello

Since I have installed this leak the calendar and contact synchro through Blackberry Link is systematically in error (Bi-directionnal or unidirectionnal way): at the end of syncho: "impossible to verify terminal modification" => result : synchro ok for contact but not made for calendar with Outlook 2007

I have suppressed Blackberry Link account on Z10, I have reinstalled Blackberry Link on PC: no change!

have you an idea of the problem?

    Thanks for your help!

    Thanks for yours answers

I have read a lot of recent threads but no solution corresponding with my actual problem !

The only change....the last leak! With the precedent version of Os 10.2.1..no problem!

    Any suggestion?

    I finally found the solution

On termial suppress BBLink account, suppress calendar and contact data (function associated with parameter account)

Suppress terminal of BBLINk...and reinstall synchro with BBlink

    And you win!!

    regards

I'm glad you've figured it out.

Could you please clarify what you mean by "suppress terminal"?

    Ok so it's a lost-in-translation moment.

Still don't know what you mean though...

    Courage !

Hello, how are you, and please excuse my poor English !
The best answer for the problem says delate BBlink and the calendar program from the smartphone. Their is no way I will do it because it is on my device that le calendar is up to date. The calendar on Outlook is blank and all information I have on the BB Q 10 are never synchronized through BBlink. However the contacts are well synchronized.
    What should I do ?
    Thank you
