By the way, anyone about to do this: I recommend using the newer Sachesi v2.0 alpha.
It has several new features geared towards preventing issues. Such as checking how much free space is left on your phone before installing (I notice this happened to a few people here).

No more Sachesi for Mac users? I have neither Boot Camp nor the intent of installing it. Will it be a Mac version of Sachesi 1.9.9 or 2.0?

I'm making one right now (2.0 alpha). Just doing some fixes for Yosemite actually.

There was a 1.9.9 but I pulled it due to reports that it was crashing.

Which one is available via the OP link now?

I have added Robbenezer's link to the OP as well as mine.

My link provided ONLY files that are NEEER the 800 and is in zip format so you can just drag and drop into Sacehesi.
Robbenezer's link provides ALL files and is in rar format so you must un-rar his to load.

The link to Robenezer's rar file is dead. I assume that's the one necessary to upgrade from 10.2.1.

So I read on this thread some users were experiencing a long install time.

Anyone with a q10 that can comment on how long it took for them? I'd be very appreciative, seeing if I can do this before I go to bed tonight. Can't leave it doing its install overnight since it's my only source of an alarm haha

Not a Q10, but two Z10's. I used the Blitz method on my STL-003 from TMO US and it took about 75 minutes. Worked perfectly...twice! Then, I tried the wife's Z10. It went for about 4 hours then stopped. I tried it again and it seemed like it was going well, until it stopped again. I used an autoloader on hers with no issue.

It took a long time to install on my z10 (2.5 hours!). Then it took over an hour for the android runtime to initiate the first time. But... I think it was all worth it. Everything is running smoothly now, and my Z10 feels like a new device!

I think my Q10 took about an hour to an hour and a half with the "blitz" method. Coming from 10.2.2 it's an outstanding update.

I'm confident the official release of 10.3.1 will be fantastic!

i'm not looking for the autoloader i want to install this way. I just want to know if i can do a clean install or does doing it this way just update what you already have.
My apologies I misunderstood what you were asking.

Looks like you've got your answer already but yes, no matter how you upgraded before you can use this now.

Sachesi 1.9.9 and 2.0.0 (alpha) crash on my Mac with Yosemite, I understand XSacha is working on a fixed version so I thank him for that. I was too impatient though, wanted this OS because I read it fixed most of my bugs from .821, so I used Parallels with Windows 7 and Sachesi 1.9.9, it worked perfectly!

Thanks to XSacha, Robbenezer and BlackScorp!

So if i'm on Q10SQN100-4/10.2.1.3358 and want to update to 10.3.1.938, do I have to update to .800 and then use the zip in the OP to go to. 938? Or can I just use the zip here and go directly without having to go through .800? I'm asking because Robbenezer's rar file appears to not be available.

You can do the update using this method, shouldn't have much of an issue. But, I have not tested from a 10.2.1 OS to this. Most of the main apps that would cause an issue are in the zip iin the op.

It would really help if people take the time to read through the thread before trying to install the OS, especially if you don't know what you are doing. I know we are a helpful community but the same questions being asked over and over again, sometimes in multiple threads, is a tad annoying.

So my mum's phone currently has an older leak of 10.3.1 loaded. I can't think of the exact version number right now, but I think it's the 4xx leak (at least I remember it was the first or one of the first 10.3.1 leaks). If I use this Blitz method, can I update her phone from that early leak to this leak with no problems? Or should I upgrade to, say, 800 first? She has a Z30.

You can just do the upgrade.

FYI, this was mentioned already in the last few pages.

Sorry, missed that. I only saw someone with 10.2.1 asking a similar question and someone with 800. I wasn't sure if that applied to ye olde early leak of 10.3.1 as well.
