One more observation : the dreaded calendar crash on creating a new appointment in agenda view has NOT been fixed.

There is no change to the browser.

Probably just the result of a full re-start.
Isn't a good portion of the browser actually part of the OS, while the app is technically just the UI? Maybe some tweaking was done in the OS side.

    Just a thought.

I don't notice any difference whatsoever. The HTML5 test score is the same on the Passport (392). Not sure about your question though. I'm pretty sure that the webkit version is the same at 10.3.3.66 and that would change if there was any work done.

Absolutely true - but previous browser changes have always been paired with a bar update. And as Brookie mentions, there is no change to the core webkit version.

Comparing the 2205 and 3057 OS partitions also shows no difference WebKit-wise.

Thanks, didn't know there was an update to DBBT either.

Just powered up the ol' Z10 STL100-3and it started getting 10.3.3.1463...hmmm...meanwhile the Z30 STA100-5 has 10.3.3.1435 with no update available...

When the Z10 gets done with 1463 I'll try the blitz file, unless someone finds I'm making a huge mistake and sez so...please do.
Installed 3057 Blitz with DBBT to my Z10 and let DBBT pick which files to install. Seems to work OK SW Release = 10.3.3.2031 and OS = 10.3.3.3057

    Now to try the Z30...

Lol----and that's why my Z10 had that 85mb update earlier today. I forgot that DRP had me change the runtime to try ShowBox hahaha -- forgot to change back--mystery solved!

I mean, did you ever change Runtime versions? If so, the update is trying to put the correct one back.

Perhaps, but certain websites definitely load faster now.
What's your browser cache size in device monitor? Clearing the cache can help with speed, I assume the update must have done that.

Holy Cow! I believe - I believe them sneaky basxxxds! Hey Brookie soon as I saw the first post I thought of you, so do we still need to side load .172 run time BARS with this update for show box? Did you accept? Please do tell..

HaHa--no you still need .172 bars for SB. I put them in my Z10 only (not my Passport) just so I could prove your theory. And dadblasted you were correct (not that I didn't believe you). Anyway, I removed SB but forgot to change my ART back to original. You are to blame (partly) for my total shock when I saw that 85mb update! Happy now?
