Vodafone UK users are getting OTA as it fixes 4G problems that they were having apparently. Whether anyone else gets it OTA is pure speculation.

That seems to depend on which Carrier has decided to push it out, for example, in the UK Vodafone have certainly done so for the Z30 - and hopefully for other BB10 models.

Maybe Vodafone are also doing the same in other countries they operate in.

So, a Vodafone Sim card should hopefully activate the Update - or a sim from any other Carrier which is known to have also pushed it out.

I have been finding myself rebooting my Z30 a lot due to stale connections which going to airplane mode and back isn't helping all the time. Messages stop sending out, texts as well as sites don't load. They all just sit there and don't time out... I just did an upgrade using Sachesi so I wonder if an autoloader is something I should consider. I'm on VZW.

From what I have noticed aside from that, the media player issue is still there. The one where it doesn't understand the file format or cannot open it either but that happened only once so far.

Anyone else coming across the same "stale" network issues?

Before anyone asks, there won't be any STL100-1 loaders from me, and even if there were, they wouldn't work with 10.3.3. Welcome to the magical world of EOL.
Nice to see an update for this seemely abandoned phone! I currently have over 312 units of this phones and counting in my store with software and anti theft issues. Am still shocked as to why there seem to be no way possible to break through the anti theft till today? Over a thousand have dumped there devices to this, at least those I know!

It difficult and makes no sense as to why one can't use an inherited phone due to anti theft or find a way around it.

You're opening the wrong file. Not that it matters, 10.3.3 doesn't support STL100-1.

It makes no meaning! Hundreds of bb10 phones are stocked up in my shop warehouse hoping to find anti theft solution.. How possibly do BlackBerry expect the dead to unlock a phone before it could be used by someone else or get past its anti theft even when its a family phone?

Contact BlackBerry Technical Support and state your case. If anti-theft protection can be disabled that easily, regardless who's trying to get in, then it provides no protection at all.

BlackBerry already made all of the money they are ever going to get off the phones upon its first sale.

    Why would they care afterwards?

From there, it's up to the original owner to remove the phone from Protect, and turn it off on the phone itself before selling it. Assuming they got into your warehouse through legitimate means.

If it were by any other means... then I'd say that Protect is doing its job.

Updated by BB Passport SE with Arabic keyboard in India through autoloader.A few of the changes that I felt in after the update are.
1.No heating issues, heating issues are gone.
2.This O's version runs much smooth than the earlier version.
    3.Battery life has improved.
4.Android runtime runs much smooth though there r no apparent changes/updates to it.
Agreed. Finding my battery life is about 20% stronger than before and that Android apps seem to be running smoother, probably more to do with the reboot than anything. But hey, I'll take what ever I can get these days!

    MY UPDATE EXPERIENCE:

I'm a complete beginner on Sachesi. I updated my unlocked Z30 from 10.3.2.2876 to this new 10.3.3.3057 using the full blitz file.

Everything is okay, no bugs found, and I felt slight performance smoothness (maybe placebo, but I don't think so).
    I definitely recommend this update.

    Have a good day!

If you're on Vodafone UK - for which the update was actually intended - then, yes.

You suggest it was prepared solely for Vodafone and accidentally spread to different countries and networks?
