Thank you very much! And thanks too to Kuzimichov for the Blitz.

I am sorry, I have a problem and possibly it is already answered, but there are almost 900 comments and I can't find the solution.

I got the blitz and tried to load it using Sachetti, just as I did it, not to long ago with the 10.2.2.

But this time it says that the carpet contains elements incompatible with the firmware, radios, etc. I tried several times and it is the same. I can not to upgrade.

Is any solution or if it is already in the comments, could someone to tell me where?

I would very much appreciate it for the help, the carrier in Mexico abandoned BlackBerry long time ago, and so I have no hope to receive an OTA upgrade any more.

I dont know how to use the autoloaders; my only hope is the blitz, since it is drag and drop.

Thanks a lot for any help.

    Regards,
    Just ignore.

Please remove the first and last screen shot, it is very very very unwise to post your IMEI number for your device.
You are also posting your BBID email address, that is 1/2 of your BBID.
    Extreme security risk revealing both.

Only the five fields in the OS section were all that was needed.

That said, it looks like your OS upgrade doesn't have any obvious glitches or wrong files.

    Sorry I disagree.
Because you saw them on a blackberry support forum doesn't make them come directly from blackberry. If BlackBerry actually made those autoloaders, they won't be archived on those links. Their direct autoloader links always start with "downloads.xxxxxxxxx". Hence what you have there are third party links just like you have here on CB.
And like Usman said, all files are from BlackBerry but some folks just make it easier for others by putting those files in another people can easily get them from.

Actually, reading on BlackBerry official support Page comments of an article I can't remember right now (will look for it later), it was depicted by an official staff of the forums that the Stl100-1 didn't get the update due to technical limitations, so it looks like the ol but still trustable (in some regards) Stl100-1 that I do have, have been effectively taken into retirement, but Hey, if you have readed batman TDKR (returns for the people wondering), you Will see that old stuff can return at anytime and be usefull, so My Z10 isn't going anywhere

It worked great for 2 weeks after I installed the os, then the one day. Cell service changed to emergency only, I have done some searching, and found others with similar issues, but no answer, and they were on an older os. Looks like it is now my new paper weight.

Wasn't worried about my bbid, I have a very complex password, 128 character, no words, I forgot the imei number was there, not that it matters now.

I mean the comments on the official blackberry blog, Crackberry is a Page filled with BlackBerry fans, BlackBerry inside blog is that but with BlackBerry actual "insiders", they answered a person with what I am telling you, it didn't received it due to "technical limitations" (reminded me the Playbook for a momments)

Yes, I can confirm seeing that comment also beneath the press release. Mr. Pini was answering a question about whether or not the stl-100-1 would get 10.3.3. He said something to the effect that technically it would not qualify for the update. The whole blog post and comments seem to be taken down now.
