These files are not working in Z10 100-1, tried 3 times using Sachesi, however every time when the phone boots it boots to the older version. No error message found though Sachesi says "Update Completed".
Hence the note in the first post saying it doesn't work on Z10STL100-1.

Last night I just plugged my phone into my PC to do a file transfer. A window popped up and said an update was available. Do you want it? I clicked yes and the download started. After installation, I had a brand new phone...NO CONTACTS, NO DOCUMENTS, NO EMAIL, NO APPS, NOTHING!!!! It wiped my phone without asking. My back up didn't work so I just lost it all. NOT Impressed BB.

You must have tapped on "reload OS" by mistake.

A lot of people have reported that it does not work.
Can you point me to one? I've read plenty of reports about using an auto loader to go to 10.3.3 and then go back to and old bar but haven't heard anyone blitzing without a new facebook bar in the blitz.

Give it a try then and let's see. I bet you'll get the same result.

I just figured out how to get the old facebook app running on devices that have already done the upgrade.

Using Sachesi, I backed up just the Device setting on the Passport that I got FaceBook working on. This Passport has 10.3.3 on it, but I suppose if you had a 10.3.2 settings backup, it would probably work for the next step.

On the Passport that was upgraded to 10.3.3, I deleted the new FaceBook app and rebooted. I then connected to Sachesi, installed the facebook-10.7.31.9-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar. I did not open the FaceBook app after installing it. The next step was to restore the Device settings backup using Sachesi.

After the restore, the phone will automatically reboot and after booted, you will get warnings to enter your FaceBook, email, twitter and etc account passwords again. Give the phone a few minutes to stabilize and then open the FaceBook App. It will then ask you to log in again and bring you to the FaceBook account page in settings where you can put in your password. Going directly to the account settings will not show your FaceBook account settings, 10.3.3 has taken it out of the list. Initiating the FaceBook account setting from the first start of the FaceBook app will open the FaceBook account settings.

    edit:

On the Passport that I used this method on, a ShopBlackBerry that got the 10.3.3 update OTA, when I check for software updates, I get a 24mb update, which coincidentally is the same size as the FaceBook update available in BlackBerry world. I assume doing the 24mb software update will just reinstall the latest FaceBook.

On the unlocked Bell Passport, with the new FaceBook deleted and the old installed, the check for OS updates does not show any update, though this phone was not pushed the update OTA. I installed the update using Sachesi with the two FaceBook bar files deleted.

That method works, plus if you have already updated to 10.3.3. I sucessfully used it on a Q10 and a Passport. My method of restoring setting from a backup when your native app was still working will probably work too.
