I suspect your phone did not accept 10.3.3 in the first place.
The likely scenario is he threw a hodpodge of files at his device for a non-destructive load, in the process wiping out the user space partition. On reboot the setup process was initiated to reacquire settings.

I was able to load 10.3.3. using Autoloader and got stuck at Network/Wifi Connection. The phone booted successfully with 10.3.3. so I think it was on 10.3.3. but I went no where beyond Network/Wifi Connection in Setup steps.

I was able to use Autoloader 10.3.2 to get back to 10.3.2.

There are many users with that problem Mainely_Linux, especially the BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1

I read somewhere that STL100-1 users won't be getting 10.3.3 update.(cant remember the article now)

The phone did not accept 10.3.3 OS which is why it could not go beyond the setup screen.

And I believe the reason why they were probably able to roll back was because Z10STL100-1 was not supposed to have a 10.3.3 upgrade and thus not included in devices blacklisted for roll backs.

Yes. But one thing is absolutely sure - once on a properly installed 10.3.3, you cannot go back to 10.3.2.

    So something else is happening.

The question should be asked then, has anyone with the STL100-1 successfully loaded 10.3.3?

Ha ha ha, I like the question. It is appreciated someone can share how they got 10.3.3. successfully on the STL100-1 or shed light on why STL100-1 will not get 10.3.3.

    Thanks

Based on what I just said about an article I read and all that's been posted, I'm 100% sure no one has successfully updated to OS10.3.3.2049 on Z10 STL100-1.

Please try and find it if possible. If we can get some clarification on this OP links may or may not need to be updated to mitigate unnecessary aggravation to all surrounding STL100-1 users.

Unfortunately I have been trying to search for it for about an hour now with no luck.
But I'm still searching. I might be wrong though.

    Lolz.
I actually read the article weeks or months back. It's not recent.
And I used autoloader to upgrade, so no saved history.

The next best troubleshooting step would be to have someone try a nondestructive update to confirm the brokenness of this OS for STL100-1 devices.

First, I used Autoloader of 10.3.2.2836 to reload OS on the device.

And at 10.3.2.2836, I downloaded all the files of 10.3.3.2049 for STL100-1, used Sachesi to extract all bar files to a folder and used Sachesi to install all files in that folder to the device. Sachesi confirmed update was successful. The phone rebooted several times and reverted back to 10.3.2.2836.

Did you put the core and radio in that folder with all the apps?

I guess that settles that then.

    Z10 STL100 will not accept 10.3.3. EOL.

    Would a straight autoloader work?

Well I have factory unlocked STL100-3 and I'm not getting the update here (not showing up as being available) despite it being available for my Z30 and Passport SE, so maybe it is not ready, or never we be, for Z10?
