A few questions, if anyone is kind enough to answer, before I download an autoloader.

I'm currently on .2813, which offers respectable battery life as opposed to .2836. I know that it may be a little early to ask, but has anyone noticed any particular battery drain whilst on 10.3.3?
Also, has the sound level for notifications remained the same? some 10.3.2 builds had a very low level even when set at max, and that's important for me.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello everyone.

The 10.3.3 upgrade went smoothly, however it made the Blackberry Virtual Expert vanish from the desktop.
Whenever I try to download this app from world, it lets me only to open it from world.

I tried hard reset, but the problem remains. Moreover, the passport keeps autorestarting, as it did with 10.3.2.

Does anyone have the same problems? Please, reply.

Heh, you mean the guy that cut off all the leaks? If it weren't for Chen you probably would have had a version of this a year ago. :P

More like, thanks to the remaining 1.5 coders at BlackBerry still working on BB10.

Thank Goodness! I was starting to worry that this holiday "be of good cheer" thing might actually be real.
or that everybody finally got all the useless negative whining and complaining out of their system.

A special shout out to Omnitech to be the first (on this thread) to remind us that some people have such low self esteem that
just the thought of being happy and offering something positive would only ruin their day!

I know it might be silly but.... (in case some people don't know... I was one).... but these files are enough to create your own autoloader

press build it and wait... done!

Download first the files you need for your Passport, they are in the first post, then create your own autoloader, see the picture I uploaded, be sure you have back up for contacts, files, etc of your phone, then connect your phone via USB and update, wait until the process finished, will be clean install, like factory default when you buy it

Thank you. I was in a hurry and did not read the previous posts.

Turns out it's a common problem for 10.3.3.

The BlackBerry virtual expert is now in the help program. Open help, scroll to the bottom of the list, select testing device hardware and on the page that open click the hyperlink. BBVE will open if it is installed.

Pheww.. 21 pages later and I don't see the issue I'm having with my unlocked Z30.
My 2015 Ford Sync could not connect to the phone. I finally deleted the phone from sync and re-paired.
That worked and while I was listening to BT tunes the wife opened the door and BT quit and would not reconnect.
I didn't have a chance last night but I'm guessing I'll have to re-pair it again. and again and again.

To be proactive I've use Darcy's tools to install an earlier version of Bluetooth hoping it will work properly. It's (old version) connecting to my BT headphones as did the new version so here's hopin'

People waiting for carrier updates are seriously misguided. I really don't think it's going to happen.

I went back to 10.3.2.2848 from 10.3.3. i had no choice
Just to correct some misinformation in this thread by others, a few people say they have reverted to 10.3.2 - this is impossible. You never properly installed 10.3.3 if you were able to reload a 10.3.2 OS. Once you successfully install 10.3.3 there is no going back. Something to keep in mind for those that read all the posts.

I'm on macOS Sierra and any official BlackBerry desktop app it won't even open on the macintosh, what can I say about any other BB tools.. and I don't have the time and resource to run any virtual machine especially this time around.
But thank you for the suggestion.

I was able to load 10.3.3. using Autoloader and got stuck at Network/Wifi Connection. The phone booted successfully with 10.3.3. so I think it was on 10.3.3. but I went no where beyond Network/Wifi Connection in Setup steps.

I was able to use Autoloader 10.3.2 to get back to 10.3.2.

I suspect your phone did not accept 10.3.3 in the first place.
