Pretty sure they're only coming for factory direct devices from ShopBB. Don't expect carriers to push this out anytime soon....if ever.

    Autoload that sh*t.

It's almost 2017. If you're still not comfortable using an autoloader then you probably shouldn't use BB10.

    v3 won't even launch. I'm going to try uninstalling/re-installing.
Don't bother. I've been saying this since the DEV came out. It's a no-go on 10.3.3.

Yeah and I rarely come here any more so quite unlikely I would have seen any of that.

    There's a dedicated thread now:

Before update to 10.3.2 I could use hotspot with out any problem. Many people got this error in different countries. It is not a regulation error it is an OS bug and BlackBerry already knows it. Just search in crackberry.

It was my understanding that they changed it to default to "not available" unless the carrier opted in.

That has more to do with user agent than actual capability. Try Browsie Browser and change user agent to Android or Safari.

As long you don't update the OS, I don't like that, but something even more dangerous, today we saw that whatsapp actually can shut down BlackBerry 10 client v*a servers and no v*a app update as we thought before

    Posted via CB10
You're right on the nose regarding whatsapp. If They stop it from their end, then it's curtains for BlackBerry 10 support.

Well that's odd because I've never seen that message on any of my Blackberry's, not even from my Bold 9900 right now, MEC seems just fine.

Doesn't seem like anything new in there, but the phone does run cooler, faster and the OS looks slightly more elegant and modern, but very hard to tell, but it's there.

Well I was hoping that we would get some kind of updated browser but still getting these messages on a lot of sites.

That is generally down to the webmaster of that site deciding that they will only treat people who use specific browsers as normal people, and treat everyone using something else as some kind of lesser person.

Oftentimes it doesn't actually mean that the site works less well in those other browsers, it has more to do with the laziness of the webmasters who think everyone should use one of 3 browsers and that's it. The inventor of the WWW has never condoned that attitude, websites are supposed to be tolerant of a wide variety of "user agents".

Conite's suggestion to use Browsie and change the user-agent string is good, but be advised, Browsie can be a real memory hog, particularly if you open multiple tabs.

I noticed the typeface in the Settings app was a little larger than on my other Z10. I don't think I changed font settings in either one. Maybe that looks more modern.

Yup the spacing between lines and other small changes like that are the main changes (Minor, I guess that's what took BlackBerry so long to figure out, wonder how many new patents they had to create to make that one...) memory management seems largely improved, but can't confirm that. BlackBerry amazes me with their lack of speed/urgency, are they a tech company or a I have a billion in the bank company. That money is nothing, if it isn't adding value, and 10.3.3 does not add 'value' for most after almost a one year delay!
