Experienced a restart, which I think was due to low memory. On my Z30 this continues to be a problem. May just run autoloader for a fresh start. I installed 680 non destructive, before this one

Do you have a case on your z30. Remove and see if restarts continue

iI fired up my Z10 today whit this OS. I mentioned that the system was up to 16 % after 4 hours and 45 % of the battery was gone. With my passport the system used only 3.5% in that time. Both are upgraded the same way. From 10.3.2.500 to 680 with autoloader and to 798 with sachesi. On both phones the same settings, apps, one email account (outlook).
I give the Z10 two hard resets and he is on the wallcharger for now. Gonna use it for 2 - 3 days to give the OS time to settle in. When it's don't get better i gonna reload him with an autoloader.

I just noticed that in the browser on youtube when I exit full screen video stops playing. When I hit the play button it goes to full screen anyway.

Mine's working just fine. That's weird, I can exit full screen and the video still goes on, even minimize the browser and still the same, as always was. So I don't know what could possibly went wrong with yours :/

Another little bug is in the calendar app. If you try to edit an entry and use the slider to adjust the meeting time, the time doesn't update until you lift off the screen.

HI kenv54 just out of curiosity in your BT settings have you got Rsap toggled on if so toggle off and try and if off toggle on it may help.

    Passport. SQW100-1/10.3.2.798
Thanks, good idea. I know it had been toggled on and off in the past, but I just tried it again both ways and it doesn't seem to matter. No reliable BT connection either for the Plantronics headset or the Pebble.

I'm awaiting the replacement Passport today and will see what happens with that one, first with the stock OS then with the 10.3.2 upgrade, via Link or OTA if possible, so that the BB people can't complain. Also, I still haven't heard from BB escalated tech support about the case I submitted a couple days ago. That may become moot soon.

I noticed you can now set alarms from the Calendar app, but unfortunately, you cannot set up a recurring schedule like I need and used to be available in BBOS. I need to be able to create an Alarm and have it reoccur every 8 days. Once I set 4 of those types of alarms, then it works with my 4 day on 4 day off schedule.

Mine does this too. Very annoying and it slows me down. It was the same in 680, hopefully they fix it on the next version.

    Device: STL100-4 (Z10)
    Previous OS: 10.3.1.2744
    Findings:
Compass - I never thought the day would come, but the Compass app actually appears to be accurate now and not so sensitive to interference.
Facebook - Seems to be a bit more responsive.
Amazon Music - App seems to be a tad more responsive and less crashy.

Here's the response I got from BlackBerry this afternoon on the BT issue:

"You are on 10.3.2.798, which is beta software. It is only official for the Classic. The official OS for the Passport is 680. We can't help you if you have beta software installed."

Of course, when I submitted the first set of logs, I had 680 installed, and they said that that was beta at the time, even though it's official now.

BlackBerry also said that a lot of people had problems with BT on Passports, and that it was probably the fault of the devices not being updated to be compatible.

I have a feeling that Plantronics and Motorola are going to be around a lot longer than BlackBerry, and that says something when you consider the problems Motorola has had. And Apple is probably going to be around longer than all of them, including Microsoft.

Once I get my replacement Passport set up today and try the BT I'll report back here.

a question for who will install this leaked: Does it fix the issue with personalized sound alarms?
With the 10.3.1.xxxx, if you use for whatsapp, bbm or sms a mp3 file of 10,15,20 seconds, the alarms are cut after only 2/3 seconds.
Anyone can try with this leaked?
    Thanks.

I had tried the hard reset with no immediate luck but a day later and I can install apks now from cloud etc. so possibly a 'settling' issue. I do hope BB can get Android Player to work better someday. Apps like Mint are excruciatingly slow, Google Translate gives 'Volume Off' and I can't see anyway to change that (tried using Ghost but not able to make changes to volume in there).

Perform A hard reset by pressing volume buttons until your mobile gets turn off.this will not erase any data of your phone.

When you were on 680 and submitted the first logs it was in beta. And Beta bugs and submissions must go through betazone. Not support. Now you are on 798 which on a passport is Beta so also must go through betazone.
Support is only allowed to support officially released software based on device and carrier(loose on carrier if purchased from BlackBerry or amazon).

If you want to report it properly. You go back to 680 and resubmit logs. Or if you are "legitly" on the 798 Beta then submit through betazone.

Yes, of course, you're right. Do you know if it's possible to go back from 798 to 680? I know you can't go back to anything earlier than 680 even from 680.
