So now people with unlocked phones that get this update will lose wifi calling on T-Mobile? Nice job BlackBerry. What the heck are they thinking?
Gee, my unlocked iPhone 6s+ just updated to 9.2 and wifi calling still works. BlackBerry really needs to get their cr@p together.

I know. But what is the problem with BlackBerry? They put out an update that now breaks something that was working fine? I knew this was going to happen. If I had an unlocked BB10 device that was working fine on T-Mobile and was pushed this update and it broke wifi calling I would be furious. There is no excuse for this.

the files on the first page are compressed zipped signed files. How do you convert them to bar files?

    Unzip them.
When I unzip them, it shows a folder in my downloads section. When I open the folder,it shows a META-INF file folder and the file I want as a signed file. In the past, when I have downloaded the Debrick, coe and radio files they have downloaded as bar files.

The files in the first post ARE bar files. Your PC is ignoring the extension, so you can't tell. You don't unzip them.

Do you have an idea as to why my PC may be ignoring the extension and what I may be able to do to correct it. This has never happened before.

Right click the file and open with dialog. You don't need to open them really anyway. Sideload the complete bar files as needed.

Have you recently updated to Windows 10 and perhaps not configured "file view" to show the extension? Just a wild guess/idea

Sorry about that. I didn't use them so I really didn't know. I would think the loaders are zipped though.

Well, Tmobile WIFI calling sucks anyway. It didn't work that we'll on 2813 either, but it did work. Sometimes. This build is good!

    Loaders should be done.

My Bitcasa drive is currently reenacting the Schrodinger's cat experiment, so post if something goes wrong.

And, before asking any questions, please read the readme.

Can we still move back to older 10.3.2? No blacklist that excludes any older 10.3.2?

About this lack of wifi calling; perhaps it is due to a different branch?

As far as I can remember, 2813 was on the regular branch (no extra words in the signed filename), while this is on a different branch (why there is "EPLUS" there). Maybe that's it.

And that there are apps in 2813 newer than those in this, as well.

That was a quick update. Handful of new apps and I noticed some apps are older then the Sprint release.
