Yeah, I guessed that too, although, I have not really seen any difference on the phone.

AT&T actually pushed this update to my unlocked Blackberry Z30 today, 12/31/2015. I already had this build on my phone, so the update was under 30 megabytes. Not sure what they actually added, but there it is.
Did you downgrade the android files? BlackBerry could have re-pushed the newer files. Size is close.

Being unlocked, AT&T would not have instigated the push - especially since they never carried the Z30. It goes through AT&T's network, but it still comes straight from BlackBerry.

I am not sure. I upgraded my phone via a Sachesi 2.0 "Blast". How does that possibly downgrade Android files?

Depends on which one you picked. I haven't followed it closely, but I think there are some that are made with the 2813 android files that still work - the 2876 android files have a bug in them that messes up the uninstallation of an android app. But I'm just guessing.

I don"t know you ppl use Sachesi to downgrade OS,never worked for me,just use Autoloader-fast and clean no garbage remain from previous OS version.

Finished updating and hard reset..everything seems normal.

Well I just lookup and download the required bar files for my device, and install files. All done in sachesi.

Thanks for the information. That makes sense. Interestingly, the 30 meg update that I referenced seems to have improved battery life somewhat from prior to the update. Since Android files are notorious battery drains, I think your supposition may have been correct. Brilliant!

Thanks Legal Eagle. But I meant saving myself some data (MB) and not "saving the data in my phone". Your blitzos link says file is 2.87GB! That's much MB to be downloaded... Can I have a solution where I won't have to use up so much MB?

There is usually an archive which contains newer apps compared to previous OS. Sideload it with core and radio of the new OS.

I'm using Z30STA100-2/10.3.2.2876 and I'm having problems with Android apps. Once you install it you cannot completely get it off. What I should I do? Should I go back to 2876?

    Somebody help me please...

Yes, the OP of this particular thread has everything you need to load a 2876 OS along with the latest apps from 2813 and 2876, and the Android bars from 2813, which are required to avoid Android app issues. All you have to do is to spend a very little time figuring out which files are for which phones, and learning to use Sachesi with and without the "new files only" box checked.
