Makes perfect sense if you autoloaded 10.3.2.858.

This is what it should say if you installed the files in the original post:

    Software Release 10.3.2.2514
    OS Version 10.3.2.2789
    Radio Version 10.3.2.2790

Radio Version is usually = OS Version + 1

I enjoy this OS very much except for one very annoying glitch- Some apps, especially my Talk2Phone app for my Pebble Watch, close randomly when minimized- sometimes after a couple of hours, usually at least once a day.

Did a destructive installation via autoloader and the only problem I've noticed since I installed this OS (the day after the links were live) is Google Maps fails to identify my location when run. It identifies my location only after I run BlackBerry maps. Anyone else facing the same problem?

Edit: Device is BlackBerry Passport unlocked

Try deleting and re-adding the account.

I have some serious and annoying bugs.
    1. Doule Typing - the second letter in a word starting with a capital letter is capital, too
    2. Contacs disappearing - contacts seem to sync very often. At this time I can see how all of my contacts are disappearing and coming back after some minutes.
    3. Swipe up to activate screen - gesture is not working at first try. Have to do it often. Also is there no wake animation. When gesture is finished the screen awakes.
    4. Calendar - sometimes when I open the calendar app it is scrolling really fast through the years. I have to close and reopen the app.
    5. Private Browser - the private browser is slow and unresponsive and is crashing often.
    6. Calling - phone app is way too slow! Screen stays dark after moving phone from ear.

You seem to have a lot of lingering issues as a result of the update process itself, and not the OS.

You may need to consider a fresh install with an autoloader without a restore to clear out the gremlins.

Well. I have none of your issues, so I don't have an answer for you.

I'm having an odd problem after using the autoloader on my Q10. After installing and doing a hard reset I go ahead and change the device name to something more personal and sign in to Blackberry ID. All seems to go well, but everyone time I reboot after that, the device name and Blackberry ID disappear. That is, the device name reverts back to the default based on the PIN and I'm no longer signed in to BB ID. And if I've re-arranged all my icons the way I want them, they revert back to the default too. I've now re-installed 4 or 5 times, and the same each time.

BTW, the last two times I let it run while I was doing other stuff and when I came back Link had connected to the phone and was saying that installation was incomplete. The on-screen instructions said to disconnect, finish set up, and reconnect to Link.. I don't recall seeing that for my other phones when I've autoloaded, but I followed the instructions--no difference.

    Help!

All these links though! Somebody should kindly guide me on how to upgrade my OS using these links as my Q10 currently runs on OS 10.3.2.2339 which has not supported Bluetooth and mobile Hotspot use since I upgraded from 10.2.

It depends. 2369 and 2789 had the double typing fix. If you have a physical keyboard, this could be important.

If you have a phone with a physical keyboard--like a Q10--and are still experiencing the double typing issue, updating to .2789 may help.

Advice Please! I am on Passport 2639 and Tmobile. Is it worthwhile to upgrade to 2789? Passport SQW100-1.

The current software is terrific! However, I did a factory reset/security wipe, which froze at 99% for three days. I finally had to keep hitting the power button connected to link to finally get it to reboot again. Window computer. Still won't connect to my Mac. Scary! I thought I bricked the phone.

Anyway, Since then it has great battery, smooth and runs cooler. Maybe that will help with the previous posts problems.

I don't want to mess it up with 2789! Thought?

2789 got me Wi-Fi Calling on T-Mobile USA on a Z30... Others have reported Wi-Fi Calling working on Passports too.

It's not difficult to install updates, however, if something goes wrong, you need to be prepared to have your phone out of service until you're able to fix things; that's why I asked your level of experience. It's unclear what "basic computer experience" means these days, but let's say you're competent enough to install an application, download and extract files, follow instructions, and have enough knowledge to understand error/warning messages.

First, let's see if you can install Sachesi:

    https://github.com/xsacha/Sachesi/releases

It's the app you'll use to install the update files.

After that, go to the first post and download the correct files for a Q10 update. Please list the files you've downloaded for the Q10 update.

Doing all this will give me, and others, an idea of how much hand holding you might require and possibly whether you should proceed.

If all this sounds too "basic" for you and you want to dive right in with minimal instructions, see post #315. It has both detailed instructions and "short cut" version.
