Not according to their blog: BlackBerry and Android: Expanding Our World | Inside BlackBerry

At the same time, I want to be clear: fans of BlackBerrys workhorse BlackBerry 10 smartphones can continue to depend on us, and we appreciate their commitment. We will be releasing new updates of this powerful OS in the upcoming year.

Downloading, even though not on magenta Tmo.
BB10 is as dead as BB 7/7.1. If you consider BB7/ 7.1 a dead OS than yes BB10 is dead. If you consider getting 1-2 security updates each year for the next 2 years alive, than yes BB10 is still very much alive.

BlackBerry 7 didn't get any updates after bb10 launch so what's your point?

I assume - though I may be incorrect that this file: sys.data.carrier_data-10.3.2.1997 carries the whitelist/ blacklist for what phones on what carriers can enable wifi calling. I assume that the app itself is natively set to false and requires the data in this file to set anything to true, but would love some feedback to enabling wifi calling on the T-Mobile network, on non-T-Mobile branded devices (Z-30 primarily).

Hoping that on the network, with the Classic antenna files which are the same as the Z30, and with the wifi app from the app store, even though no specifically whitelisted, Z30 is not out of luck.

I ran into the same thing when I updated to .2639-.2640 + the three new bar files. A little time later and a reboot took care of the issue.

    Wait a while, then reboot.

So you extracted all the apps from the debrick file, and added the appropriate core and radio files to that same folder with the apps?

You then used Sachesi to 'install folder', and selected the correct one?

You then saw your phone reboot when complete?
