I don't know why the SIM card contact is automatically deleted. Maybe SIM card is not compatible to OS update. I have not set up the contact saving to cloud. My place has blocked FB/ Google / YouTube / instgram/ tweeters. I m unwilling to set VPN.

I suspect there is nothing there in your simcard from the start, your contacts were saved in your phone that is why you always lost it everytime you use an autoloader, pardon me if I am wrong

I was using the same combo before I upgraded. I saw my signal bars drop back to the 2340 radio level but didn't bother loading 859 back as I put in an ATT MicroCell Network booster in my basement. My real problem was ATT coverage at my house.

Battery is better and NFC is operational

it's pretty useless but I tried putting antutu 5.7.1 on my q10 updated to this leak and I always get 18800 or 19000 that's a very good score
It's almost like a Xiaomi Mi 2 S very nice

    Hi knesz,

I also had 2339/859 on my Z10 - did non-destructive to 2639/2640 - signal was better, but battery drain was worse and device ran hot (interestingly, only when using data on carrier network, like BBM, browsing, etc.) - so I went back to 859.

I may try 2640 again and see what happens - the signal is definitely better than 859.

Has anyone else come across a bug where texting from the hub triggers the text notification to trigger? Happened multiple times this morning.

    Posted via CB10
Happened to me once today - the splat went away about a minute later.

I'm also finding that when I click on notifications on FB, it tells me "That post cannot be loaded".

But the DT is fixed, so I'm happy. VERY HAPPY. Probably gonna just load an older version of FB and call it a day.

A bit late but some useful information anyway for people who have silly useless rituals:

-You do not need that sic multiwipe tool if using an autoloader.
-You do not need to remove your sim if using an autoloader.
-You do not need to remove your SD card if using an autoloader.
-You do not need to security wipe before using an autoloader.
-You do not need to security wipe after using an autoloader.

What is a nice practice however:

-Charge phone to 100% as verified in the device manager with no minutes remaining.
-Turn phone off and then disconnect from cable.
-Run autoloader, while it is looking for the phone, plug the turned off phone into the cable plugged into the computer. The autoloader will turn it on.
-After you complete the initial swiping tutorial, let the phone sit untouched for at least 5 minutes before you start doing stuff.
    -Enjoy your device.

You are correct on all points. Many of the "techniques" that are practiced using an autoloader are based on superstition, ritual. And placebo effect. You have stated the proper procedure. This is certainly one of the most intelligent and rational posts of this sort that I have come across.

Possible bug: BlackBerry Link not connecting via WiFi. Only with the USB cable. Blend is still working via WiFi.

Noticed this as well after loading the new OS today. It was working on WiFi initially so it may be due to BlackBerry Links general inconsistency rather than the new OS.

I never noticed this on previous OS's, but I was able to change permissions for Android apps. I have Pandora, Kindle and Delta from snap. When I opened them the first time it asked for permissions and I was able to choose or uncheck them. Is that new, or have I blindly hit ok for these apps previously?

It's a bug, it tends to happen after a security wipe, was first noticed on 10.3.1 a few months ago
