Anyone see an option to turn off Instant Previews in this OS? I think it was in notifications in 10.2. In this one they kind of restructured the notifications tab.

OK so several hours later I'm back after a fresh, no restore install. It's working much better I think.

But what is that block on the bottom left of the screen?

I'm finding that this OS 10.3.1.632 is using or holding on to about 300mb more of RAM than 10.3.0.1154. Yes it's a leak and probably not optomized.

It's something you'll find in all beta versions. Just swipe down on the battery indicator and it will hide itself.

Thanks. See it, toggled it off, still showing up. May try a hard reset, see if that does it.

Yeah I restored. I guess that's the problem? It's a little crazy that restoring can screw so much up.

    Posted via CB10
the problem is restoring settings which contains your text msgs btw.

if you want to save your text messages use backup pro from BBW

to remove it you swipe down diagonally to the right from the top left corner of the screen or restart your phone.

This only appears in beta builds and do what I told you to get rid of it every time.

    Hi, KenV54!

I think you're right, it's all about compatibility. With the previous leak (10.3.0.1154) I did restore my data and settings without any problem. Anyway, it's great to know that you don't have issues with your device.

    Greetings!

Here's what I mean. I lost some contacts and had to delete Outlook, reboot, readd, reboot and got them back but I still have blanks. I don't know from what though because the blanks were there even after I removed Outlook contacts.

    Posted via CB10
Since you use Outlook for your contacts I'm guessing you don't also use the "local contacts" part of the OS? I had a few of those blank ones and when I turned off all the sources that pulls them in (BBM, FB, Gmail, Twitter, SIM card, etc.) I still had the blank ones. Turns out somehow they were in the local contacts part. So I went to settings, accounts, then tapped the overflow on the bottom right and finally just hit "clear local contacts" and they were gone. Not sure if that helps but hopefully it will.

Which was not the case in 10.3.
Sensors seem to be a little messed up.
