I downloaded some Apps with darcy's tool but I am failing to install even with D'Arcy tool. They are in zip form. How do I push them into my phone. Sachesi never fail to load what it has downloaded help me figure out Darcy. Using darcy's 260.7

Darcy is working fine now without updating is able to download bars. Before connecting phone I checked for updates. I connected the phone and chose to download all. When asked to install right away I accepted. It started downloading bars. Then I cancelled by closing the tool. The open it again. Check for updates again the phone disconnected. There it was possible to choose apps that I want and it downloaded in bar form not zip. Bars are easy to install Darcy installs. Chrome, and sachesi

If I'm updating my phone running 10.3.1.2072 to .2726, via Sachesi, all I need to use are the 3 files provided here (Core, Debrick, and Radio)??

Just double checking because I have never used Sachesi this way. I always download the files using country and carrier codes.

Another great tool is Darcy's tools, and some people say it works better for them. and yes to the 3 files.

Core, radio, apps. However, since you're upgrading from an older version, download the debrick and split the apps out of it. Once you have all the apps + core + radio, you're fine.

    Thanks Thurask,

Do I necessarily need the apps? Could I just use Core + Radio?

Love My BB but per my profession and its need for Social Media I have to keep an iPhone as well. I have the whole world against me and yet still tote my BB Q10 around. I want to pull the trigger on a Classic (im with verizon) and it rolls with 10.3 - I want to try 10.3 in my Q10 in hopes to gain Snapchat and Waze on my BB Q10. If I can succeed I will shut a lot of people in my industry up and make the BB My primary. Ive been a BB fanatic since the LCD screen and thumbwheel which I miss dearly and have owned a million and have always kept one since then. But I never got into the deep technical side of things.

I'm really lost and read through 9 pages and also saw the instructions, however I do not own a PC. I have 5 Macs, can this be done without a PC? Also if someone can help me and just make this 10.3, Google Play, Snapchat, Waze and Instagram (i have igrann) , Ill happily donate direct via paypal.

10.3.1.2726 is supposed to be the launch OS for the BlackBerry Leap, so I'm guessing that the majority of changes that have been made since the past releases (10.3.1.2576, 10.3.1.2582, and 10.3.1.2708 which are for the most part bit-for-bit identical) are likely bug fixes specific for the Leap.

If your device is working fine on 10.3.1.2576 (SR 10.3.1.1779) then I would recommend leaving it as is until a newer build with more changes becomes available.

The feature set for 10.3.1 was pretty much set when it reached the 1700 build range (OS number, not SR number). Changes are done. Everything since has been chasing bugs, fixing issues and optimizing the performance. It will be that way for the reminder of the 10.3.1 branch. Expect no "changes" with any future build that comes out for 10.3.1.

Any "changes" will come in 10.3.2, and from what we've seen of the 218 leak, it ain't gonna be much different either. Unless they held back. 10.3.2 is in the 500 build range now, and there's been no new leaks. Nothing. Not even any posted pics of anything new.

You can't really know with the earlier build if there really won't be much change in 10.3.2
We can only keep our fingers crossed.
So many people have made suggestion of features which I'm sure BlackBerry is taking a look at.
So we are hoping there will be changes.

Oh, I'm hoping. I agree that it was a very early build. I guess they released that beta just to make sure the base system was stable enough.

    Just replace OS versions.

How to use the files posted in the first post of this thread?

Following the steps below you can upgrade to 10.3.1.1151 non-destructively, so you won't lose any data on your device and do not have to start from scratch.
It's like doing an OTA update on your device.

Note that this tutorial is assuming that you are using Windows and have the latest version of BlackBerry Link installed.

Before you do anything backup your device with BlackBerry Link.
    Do a full backup!
If something goes wrong you can easily go back to your current OS and restore your backup.

    Backup made?
Then close BlackBerry Link and proceed:

    1)
Install the latest version of Sachesi
    Currently 2.0.0 RC from here
    https://github.com/xsacha/Sachesi/releases

    2)
Download the 3 leaked files for your device:
    Radio
    Core OS
    Debrick
from the first post of this thread.
Make sure that you download the proper files for your device, in this example it is a Z10-STL100-2

The smallest file is the Radio and looks like:
    qc8960-10.3.1.1152-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

The biggest file is the Debrick and looks like:
    qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop-10.3.1.1151-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

The third file is the Core OS and looks like:
    qc8960.factory_sfi-10.3.1.1151-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

    3)
Create a folder on your hard drive
Name it as the OS you have downloaded, e.g.
    10.3.1.1151

    4)
Create a second folder on your hard drive
    Name it
    10.3.1.1151 Debrick

    5)
Put the Core OS and the Radio in your 10.3.1.1151 folder

    6)
Put the Debrick file (the biggest one) in your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder

    7)
    Open Sachesi
You do not have to connect your device yet
Just open Sachesi and click the tab Extract

Click the Extract Signed button and select the big Debrick file from your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder

You' ll see a progress bar running, wait till the process is finished.

In your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder is now a second even bigger file which looks like:
    qcfm.image.com.qnx.qcfm.qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop .BB10_3_1.1151.798331.signed

In Sachesi click on the Extract Apps button and selct this new big .signed file from your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder

You' ll see again a progress bar running, wait till the process is finished.

In your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder is now a subfolder which looks like:
    qcfm.image.com.qnx.qcfm.qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop .BB10_3_1.1151.798331

Open this folder and copy all files in your formely created 10.3.1.1151 folder (where you put the Core OS and the Radio before)

    8)
Now put your device in airplane mode and connect it via USB
If you have set a password on your device enter it.
    Click the Install tab
Leave the checkmark "Only install newer apps" checked
Click the Install Folder button and select your 10.3.1.1151 folder
You will see a progress circle, be patient this will take some time

    9)
Your device restarts, first boot may take some time

    10)
Congratulations, you are now running 10.3.1.1151
