Point to note ; Autoloaders erase everything on your phone including your data, non-destructive updates your apps, and then ur radios, without loosing your files thus. For a clean install I suggest Autoloader, if u aint ready to loose your files, you can use non-destructive via sachesi.

Auto loaders are probably the easiest way to manually install an OS, however all your data is erased. Back up your data before.

Just replace the OS version with the one you're using.

How to use the files posted in the first post of this thread?

Following the steps below you can upgrade to 10.3.1.1151 non-destructively, so you won't lose any data on your device and do not have to start from scratch.
It's like doing an OTA update on your device.

Note that this tutorial is assuming that you are using Windows and have the latest version of BlackBerry Link installed.

Before you do anything backup your device with BlackBerry Link.
    Do a full backup!
If something goes wrong you can easily go back to your current OS and restore your backup.

    Backup made?
Then close BlackBerry Link and proceed:

    1)
Install the latest version of Sachesi
    Currently 2.0.0 RC from here
    https://github.com/xsacha/Sachesi/releases

    2)
Download the 3 leaked files for your device:
    Radio
    Core OS
    Debrick
from the first post of this thread.
Make sure that you download the proper files for your device, in this example it is a Z10-STL100-2

The smallest file is the Radio and looks like:
    qc8960-10.3.1.1152-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

The biggest file is the Debrick and looks like:
    qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop-10.3.1.1151-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

The third file is the Core OS and looks like:
    qc8960.factory_sfi-10.3.1.1151-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

    3)
Create a folder on your hard drive
Name it as the OS you have downloaded, e.g.
    10.3.1.1151

    4)
Create a second folder on your hard drive
    Name it
    10.3.1.1151 Debrick

    5)
Put the Core OS and the Radio in your 10.3.1.1151 folder

    6)
Put the Debrick file (the biggest one) in your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder

    7)
    Open Sachesi
You do not have to connect your device yet
Just open Sachesi and click the tab Extract

Click the Extract Signed button and select the big Debrick file from your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder

You' ll see a progress bar running, wait till the process is finished.

In your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder is now a second even bigger file which looks like:
    qcfm.image.com.qnx.qcfm.qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop .BB10_3_1.1151.798331.signed

In Sachesi click on the Extract Apps button and selct this new big .signed file from your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder

You' ll see again a progress bar running, wait till the process is finished.

In your 10.3.1.1151 Debrick folder is now a subfolder which looks like:
    qcfm.image.com.qnx.qcfm.qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop .BB10_3_1.1151.798331

Open this folder and copy all files in your formely created 10.3.1.1151 folder (where you put the Core OS and the Radio before)

    8)
Now put your device in airplane mode and connect it via USB
If you have set a password on your device enter it.
    Click the Install tab
Leave the checkmark "Only install newer apps" checked
Click the Install Folder button and select your 10.3.1.1151 folder
You will see a progress circle, be patient this will take some time

    9)
Your device restarts, first boot may take some time

    10)
Congratulations, you are now running 10.3.1.1151

    11)

I've just updated my Z30 with the OS 10.3.1.2726. However, I still can't find the function allowing me to see all the incoming and ougoing phone calls made or received in the last 30 days. Before, I could see a complete list of all calls made and received over the past 90 days.
How can I set this function again? The new default function just records phone calls over the last 7 days.
    Thank you.

Seems BB changed it to a lesser amount, like 100 but changed it to more in 10.3.2. Speaking of I just looked at mine and it's empty. So that makes me think it goes by some amount of days since I had some calls Friday.

I don't think it is limited to days. I have records from 11th -19th April showing for me. I think it has to do with number of entries. Probably 50-100 entries

    Ok
In Sachesi click on the "View Settings" button which will display the Country and Carrier codes, enter 302 and 220 (instead of 302 and 720) respectively, select Z30 from the device list and click Search, this will give you update 10.3.1.2708 (SR 10.3.1.1865) from TELUS. In the list of files that appear for the update, uncheck com.telus.myaccountbb10 (which is the only carrier specific app carried with TELUS' updates versus the 4 or 5 from Rogers), and then choose Download.

From there once the files have been downloaded you can use the Install tab to drag/drop the downloaded files to install the update on your device.
Before the reply I went ahead and did the Rogers update. The SMS issue remained. One often used contact in particular that I would try to text would freeze up my whole SMS and I would be forced to restart. I deleted that single contact and my whole SMS seems to work perfectly now. Funny because that contact is my wife. Conclusion: no wife, no problem.

You can either download the debrick + radio images that were linked to in the first post and extract them with a tool like Sachesi, once they've been extracted drag and drop them into Sachesi with your device connected to your computer and that will install the core OS/radio/apps for an OTA-like update. Your second option is to use an autoloader, but keep in mind that an autoloader is a destructive upgrade method which will erase your device in the process. Therefore, it is recommended to create a backup using BlackBerry Link prior to updating and then restore it once you've got the new software release on your phone.
