I saw this posted once, but is anyone else having the issue of not getting calendar notifications?

No sound, LED, no lock screen notification (will not wake screen).

Email will notify, but will not turn on screen. Other apps work.

As I posted around a week ago, I wasn't happy with battery life on .2481 Radio.

Swapped to my trusty .2073 and battery has been best I have ever experienced on any OS.

Don't be afraid to experiment with radios, could make a big difference.

I've never installed a Radio file by itself !!!

Can we install a radio file of a lower version without causing any error, I know we cannot install a lower Core OS version using non destructive method.

Please can you explain how can I go about with installing a lower version radio file with 10.3.1.2480 already installed on my passport.

    Thank you

Just drag the radio bar file into Sachesi. Make sure you uncheck "install newer files only".

Alrightie, Installed Radio 2073 so far so good. Just wanted you to know, I've been facing some active frame issues only with BBM. I have tried many reboots, and also couple of +/- volume keys reboot but it never fixed the active frame issue.

After Installing this radio that active frame issue has been resolved.

O already install the radio 2073 but, as I upgrade from 1599 to 2480 how can I install the files I'm missing from 2267? Do I really need them?

I wish I knew exactly. Suffice it to say that the radio file controls all of the information flow between the device and the mobile network and/or router. Battery life is determined by how efficiently that flow can be managed given the huge number of variables involved. That's why some code, even older code, may deal with a particular network configuration more effectively - perhaps even by chance or dumb luck.

After you update to 2480, you can just add ALL of the apps from 2267, and Sachesi will only install the newer ones (assuming you keep the check in the box for "only install newer files").

"Do we NEED them"? Not really. But there are a few newer ones there. You know you WANT them.

I wonder if loading a different radio, like 2073, would solve that problem. I did that via Sachesi, it was seamless, and the battery life is better. I hadn't made calls yet w this radio, but the phone in general seems to be running cooler.

Okay. Okay. Since Sachesi it's a snap to sideload files (radio and otherwise). I get better bars in structures (like my home) now that I have the lower band frequency from the AT&T Passport. Battery life has settled down after a few reboots.

But, I will experiment and load the 2072 Radio just for grins and give you an update in the next day or two. BTW I am on AT&T in the Bermuda triangle (Mid West) where US Cellular has all the towers

10.3.1.2267 was decent on battery for me, but this update has trashed that. Only seeing 8 hours of battery life from a full charge here, with system and display as the largest battery hogs.
I don't have any of these problems at all. Running like a dream. Brilliant product. Had to install 2480 update but so what. No issues.
