I posted this before in the bugs thread but since there is more going on here in regards to issues/help I'm going to cross-post

Here are my issues so far on a Verizon Z10

    Phone app:
Not showing recent calls or missed calls but only after I cleared the phone log. Also, Visual Voicemail (while active) is not showing VMs. It loaded them up initially but now shows nothing. I think everything is linked to me having cleared the phone log (swipe down while in phone and the icon on the upper left). Also, there is no option for me to show/hide phone calls in the hub where there previously was... almost like the phone hasn't been activated. All calls work normally though
Notifications: Changing the sounds really doesn't do much... ie texts have the standard notification sound (like for events that use the bell symbol) even though I have a different sound selected.

I changed over to the .810 android runtime and I'm happy I did.

Does anyone have a fix for the phone issues? I can deal with the second sound issue
Have you tried a hard reset? Often times this fixes small bugs
Also, I realize that on this OS, some restores mess up some settings. Did you restore from 10.1? And if so, what was the 10.1 version?
Lastly, are you willing to do a wipe to fix the issue?

For me the Sachesi, after double clicking the icon on desktop, opens for like 3 seconds and then disappears. Can't get this to work?!
Right click and run as admin
I'm assuming you're on windows that is

As far as I know, there is no evident way to remove the bar
BB coded it into the runtime, and it is there to stay
If it does concern people enough, let BB know. People not able to swipe backwards was one of the reasons they added the bar
It is not specific to instagram or snapchat app, it is the same for all android apps
They added that annoying back button on purpose?? Ahhh! This blows. The Q10 screen is already small for the apps, that space on the bottom just makes it more pathetic to use now

Is there a Snapchat bar file somewhere in this thread because I've been searching for a while now. And I can't get the debug to work so looking at just a bar file and than using the sachi way

You can just sideload it regular. That's what I did, but the back button will remain on the screen on the bottom of the screen. It's annoying but the app works great

No, you can sideload instagram regular and works fine beside the typing bug

It was permanent on the 810 runtime too, so I doubt it.

It won't work IF you are using the 1047 runtime with the 4.0.2 IG without debug. Same goes for snapchat with the newest version
If you are 810, then you won't have this problem

Won't float. Android won't even work then

No. You don't need this to run IG
    10.1 can also run it

I'm on the 1047 runtime and I sideloaded them both no problem!

    Did you use xsacha's script?
Or did you use RIM's command prompts to convert and sign?

I may be against the popular opinion, but I happen to like the convenience of a permanent back button in the side loaded apps.

The back button takes so much of your screen space. Instagram and Snapchat just doesn't look right anymore. Sighh

No, not how you got it onto device. How you got the bars.
If you did it without debug, you would be the first as far as I know.
Unless you unknowingly loaded the 810 runtime by accident
The 1047 runtime is on safe mode, meaning you need debug to get native apps running

    It's annoying on Q10
It's actually rather nice on the Z10

I kind of understand it being pinned by default, but there should be an option in preferences to hide the sidebar and use the original back and swipe down gestures instead for those that would rather have the real estate devoted to the app. Let's hope something like that makes it into the final 10.2 build...

Wrong!!! I have 1047 runtime and I have 4.0.2 IG working with no debug token! All you need to so is have installed a 3.0 version of IG then load the new one.

Here's screen shot of NO debug token and my IG version.
