I carry my Z10 in the official BlackBerry holster all around, but I never noticed any bug related with it. Can you be more specific?

Posted via CB10 from my awesome Z10
Yeah, when you put it in a holster in the old days you didn't have to put it on vibrate, now you do

Thank you for the post. I am frustrated enough at VZW that am finally ready to do my first install of a leaked OS and am a bit hesitant. Novice question: unclear about how to "restore all saved device info" action. Also, I deleted BB Link since it didn't do much for 10.0.9.422. Will I need to install Link for any of this?
    Again, thank for clear instructions.

I installed some good leaks before os 2354 but i stopped because waiting for a nice and good one but also to busy but have free time now.

What are the big difference between the original 2354 (provide by operators) and this 4561 .

reading post from leak before and this one but no clue anymore about the OS it self?
Comparing them with Darcy's tools, almost every single damn .bar file is updated in this. Only the language files, retaildemoshim, bugreport (stuff nobody should care about and should remove anyway) are the same version.

Feature-wise, simple password, longer email retrieval (forever, especially) and escalate to call are new.

BlackBerry Link (for Mac) no longer thinks that this OS version is eligible for Remote Access. .4633 worked fine. Anybody else having this problem? Refreshing the Remote Acces list in BB Link completely removes the device from the list.
Ok, I believe this is because the "Software Release" field is blank in this rebuilt auto-loader. I'll go back through the thread but is there any workaround? I didn't see a non-rebuilt version (i.e. with the pin block list intact) for this leak.

Not being a smarta$$, but I'm attempting to understand how this info, or lack there of, affects the performance of ones device. Can you shed some light on the subject, since you brought it up?
As far as I can tell, the lack of a valid Software Release field prevents Remote Access from working properly, even if the device is signed in with the correct BB ID.

I'm having issues with Remote File Access as well actually. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the Software Release field, in fact the only other leak I've ever had this issue on happened to have that field filled out. Gonna start troubleshooting in a minute.

Opera 15 works too, probably because it's 90% Chrome.

I had questions in my mind about bug reports to BlackBerry. I was kinda thinking I was doing them a service letting them get information from me. Can you elaborate on the bug reports?

    hey guys,

Is anyone able to comment if visual voice mail (VVM) works on this build on Rogers? I havent been able to find a build that has it working, or even normal notifications for the voicemail since 2354.

Is anyone else having problems with notifications with normal voicemail? I tried to leave myself one and nothing pops up on my phone letting me know i have one. I would love the vvm as like 2354 with a separate tab in the phone application.
I too had the same problem with the previous .4*** leaks, and can report that Visual voicemail and voicemail notification is not working with Rogers on this build too.

Hate to say it but this leak seem to be working for lots of people.

Why you say do "hate to say it"

Well the thread is not as engaging as the ones with fights. How is person to learn if no one needs help on interesting problems?

It's been a while, since I've had the pleasure of releasing an exclusive. My first was the leaked 7.1.0.xxx for the 9810. Today, I deliver for all OS10 devices

The procedure is the same, inside each file is an autoloader for all STL devices, and all SQN and SQR devices.

Please select the correct OS for your model device. If you don't know which model you have, in any text or BBM field type "myver" - without the quotation marks - and tap the space bar, and the info you need will appear.

Back up all device info, to your selected locations, set your device to airplane mode, connect to USB. Unzip the downloaded zip file to your desktop, and start the .exe. Enter any password info, hit enter, and go make a sandwich. Once you see the Welcome Screen on your device, detach from USB, and perform setup. Follow ALL setup prompts. Reboot device - I battery pull - and restore all saved device info.

    ENJOY!!!

WARNING... I am not personally responsible for YOU not following my instructions to the letter. If you soft brick, I'm here for support. If you get angry or lose access to BES, it's not my fault. I would not release something I don't trust for use. Before you freak out, please ASK for assistance.

    STL 100-1 users...yes, there's a version for you!!!

I'm running 10.1.0.4543 on T-Mobile in the USA and would like to hear from others who have installed newer leaks whether the WiFi Calling is any more reliable - that's really the only thing that would encourage me to wipe and update mine.

I think it's related to moving in and out of WiFi range, but every now and then (a few times per week) WiFi Calling stops working (the indicator at the top right goes dark and there's a "can't connect" error message in the WiFi Calling App I sideloaded).

Turning WiFi on/off doesn't fix it, nor does switching to a different WiFi signal or turning WiFi Calling on/off with the app. The only thing I've had success with is a reboot (not a full power-down, just a Restart) - that brings it back every time. It's useful and important to me because my home is in a very weak cell-signal area and WiFi Calling means receiving a call vs. going to voicemail.

So, anybody having better WiFi Calling stability with versions beyond 4543?

    Thanks.
