    Morning report on 4651:
Thanks for the comprehensive update, TG; looking forward to your conclusions on your blog when it settles down. Do I assume correctly that you were installing the leak over the last official TMO release - 10.1.0.2006?

I was on that one until installing the .4543 leak to have access to WiFi Calling, which is important to me. From what I can gather, this 4651 leak is nice but doesn't add all that much over 4543, which is also giving me excellent battery life.

Given that it looks like the 10.1 MR is coming soon, my bet is that TMO will use it to officially release/distribute WiFi Calling to its customers since this feature has been included in the last few leaks and seems pretty stable. For those that can use it, like me, it's a big advantage over other carriers.

I hadn't heard this before about using the clock from 10.2. Has anyone else experienced the 10.2 clock not letting the phone idle properly and using more battery?
It was a serious problem with several of the 2xxx releases.

It is not causing this problem with this leak. I have it loaded now and it is sleeping properly.

I would not be surprised if T-Mobile releases this version as the "MR" release w/WiFi calling, as they have promised they will support that, and it works well.

Interestingly enough as soon as I loaded this version T-Mobile "detected" that I was on it and pushed their little applet that interfaces with their billing system. I have not had their system do that before (e.g. when running AT&T's 2xxx version, the "leak only" 1xxx versions, or even 2354) -- so I would not be surprised at all if they have this in-house and are using it internally for testing purposes at the present time.

So far standby power consumption appears to be about half of the official T-Mobile release, which I was previously running. That's a huge gain -- if it holds up -- especially considering that 2006 was pretty good to start with.

So, I have tried some searches, but I can't seem to find what, exactly, the radio file does. I've read enough to know it's about the phone functions. But this leak, along with some others, seems to pause a long time, when making a call, before it rings. I'm also having not great clarity in my calls. Is this a problem with the radio I'm using? I assume so?

I'm on AT&T with a Z... Thanks in advance for any help, or a link to some education on radio files...

Did you do a security wipe before/after installing .4651?

I see some nice changes compared to the last 4331 release.
    • Rearrangement of menu entries in emaill
    • Waze is opening with splash screen in correct ratio
    • seems to dry the battery less with android apps like Waze
    • Hub feels more "speedy"

but still the "No connection"-issue with FB and Linked In

Fir anyone having problems % with the bug in the calculator I don't think it's a bug just a different way of solving the problem.

This is my remedy hopefully it helps.

    1. Do not enter for example 100 X 20% which is equaling 2000.

    2. Do 100 + 20% and it will give you the correct amount of 120.

Hope this helps the people with the problems.

    Hey, everyone !
If someone would be kind enough, could you please explain me what "wifi calling" means? What does it do? Is it available only to some network providers or countries ? I tried to find this feature on my Q10 from Orange Romnia, but I was unsuccesful.
    Thank you in advance.

    Posted via CB10
We don't have this in Romania, yet. Maybe orange will bring it on, since orange france and uk have it. It's a useful feature for indoors, where cellular signal is pretty poor. Reroutes everything on wifi and signal problems are solved.

Okay, I hope my question hasn't been asked already. I'm still going through pages to see if anyone has asked and so far, I'm the only one with this "Issue" This is my first time installing a leak to my Z10 device.

I located which link was correct. I downloaded it from Mega on Opera. I had some problems with Moville, and then I saw a post where Mecca said he used Opera (which I have on my pc) so I tried it there. Followed the steps in the first post, but when I went to run the .exe a message popped up saying that the Application wasn't actually a win32 application.

Should I just try and download it again? Or did I possibly do something wrong?

Never seen this, do you have total commander? If so you can create a hash from file menu, create checksum. it could verify if your download is corrupt. Just tell that which version and you run on the rar or on the exe.
I mean copy the characters from the text file it creates.

I did not have any issue, sideloaded the 10.2 clock and everything is running normal, and the battery life is very good.

Orange UK provide this via UMA for the legacy BB's, The Z10 uses IMS (a SIP based service) that is not currently available via Orange UK etc (although T-Mobile US, and others, do provide this service).

Are you sure you're right? GAN (joyn) and IMS support many things but not actual wifi calling.

Off the PB charger at 8am with 98% battery, did emails some calls BBM. Went to K-Days (our local fair), took 97 pics and about 11 videos around a minute each. Edited pics and used story maker to make a 3min memento, rendered and sent video to my FTP at home off LTE. Made a few more calls and SMS and BBM on the way home.
Still have 65% battery 9hrs later. No hiccups and smooth all day.

    Very impressed.

A little assistance please....? I decided to revert from 10.2.0.93 to try this 10.1 for the battery life and Wifi calling, and I used Darcy's tool to mod my 10.2 backup to 10.1.0.4651 and Everything successfully Restored, except my Remember Notes, Password Keeper content, BBM chats, and VVMs, plus I'm on T-Mobile, and cannot seem to connect to Wifi calling, what am I doing wrong??? Thank You in Advance for any helpful feedback!

That is one of the many reasons my wife came back to BlackBerry. No matter what information she entered in the maps, it said that it could not find it (address, bank, Starbucks, etc.), and when it did find it, it said it was 1.5 miles away and we were right in front of it or showed a location in LA. Last time I checked, LA is not 1.5 miles away from San Diego. Needles to say, we always used my 9810 for directions instead. =0)
