    Move device files to SD
    cfp nuke -a
    Autoloader
    Setup

That's it. Fast, simple, doesn't lead to stupid install-related bugs.
Move device files to SD card.
    Sic Wipe
    Autoloader
    Setup

(Buy SD card and forget the stupid restore thing)

The blitz updates are really the bomb. I am on my third one and have had zero problems. Didn't even backup last time.

Move any files I haven't gotten to to SD card and delete any I don't want, remove SD card.
Backup Settings/App data only with Link.
    Security wipe.
Autoloader. (downloaded or made while doing backup)
Reinstall SD card and restore with Link.

On average this takes about two hours start to finish; I've been doing it this way for the most part since day one with very few problems although there has been a few instances where I had to restore without settings. I've tried a couple non-destructive Sachesi loads with good and bad results, and also played around with SIC wipe'n'load. I have yet to try Thurask's cfp nuke but one of these days I'll give it a whirl.

I've been all over the board with the exception of blitz. My new routine is
Use third party apps to backup sms, contacts, passwords to SD or cloud

Backup any flash memory pics and or other media to pc

    Leave sd in and untouched

    Autoloader in airplane mode

    Setup

No link restore, restore only items in first step

Load backed up flash data, apps, and then accounts.

I no longer do any security or sic wipes.

Occasionally I have to backup SD and format for a clean index.

    - I personally will adopt the cfp nuke into the mix next go round -

Back up a few apps to SD card( speed dials and password keeper)
    Download and run autoloader
Go through setup to get to wipe stage
Do a wipe (always wipe after)
    Wash hands
    Go through complete set up
    Remove files using PlayBook manager
    Download apps from BBAW
    Set up all my accounts
    Reset all my app folders
    No issues.
    Happy

This was a great idea for a thread though. I might try that CUP Nuke. Though. As password keeper tends to stay around even after I load new OS And wipe.

Ok, why I use SIC? I only trust raw files for my own use. No disrespect to any of the other autoloader makers. I would then extract the bar files as signed files and use SIC to load it.

Personally I have always used bbsak for my bbos devices. Hence why I always use sic to load, I am terrible with commands.

Except for my last load which was non destructive I do the following:

Move whatever media on my device to my sd
    Backup contacts via an app
    Backup with link
    Nuke
    Autoloader or cfp load
Restore (only app data) or if I have time setup fresh.

Been using non-destructive since sachesi was introduced. Usually doing the backup thing but the last 3 updates haven't done that and so far no noticeable or annoying problem with my STL100-2.

Very nice post. For those, like me, who don't know what the other methods really entail....what is destructive, non destructive, blitz, sachei, etc?

I've always did a backup via link, run autoloader, then full restore with no issues. But I was always curious about the other methods but don't a clue on what they are. An explanation would be nice.

I always want to know how the official ota update works? Is it similar to autoloader, or non desctruction way? My guess is later.. so I prefer the non-desctructive way..

Of course backed up with Link just in case.

    Backup
    Remove sd
    Flight mode
    Close Link
    Open Sachesi
    Drag blitz
    Wait
    Wait
    Wait
*ting toast is ready (after 1-2hours)
Enjoy the phone as if nothing happens.

At first I would autoload and restore backup, then at some point the restore failed and I had to start from scratch. Did the same as the OP and moved as much as I could to cloud/sync, and manual backups of individual files I really cared about (backup pro, password keeper export, etc., even use Synctoy on my PC to regularly do delta backups of both flash and sd memory).

Lately I've been doing just non destructive autoloaders via Sachesi. Before, that meant extracting apps from debrick file, joining with OS and radio, and pushing ALL files. Newer Sachesi versions are much more sophisticated, do the extraction, and only sideload new files.

Every so often I'll start from scratch, but not within OS "legs",... too many other things going on to sit down and set these things up from scratch.

    redownload apps

it takes long time and I have to find a friend who have windows pc to use autoloader... so usually I do it only weekends

Download the signed files for radio, os and debrick for apps.
Make my own blitz folder and delete over half of the bar files in there.
Load via Sachesi to my phone.
Reboot three or five times after load complete.
    I never wipe the phone.

I used to do backup on Link/autoloader/wipe/restore in 2 steps (app data separate from the settings etc.). Now I am using Blitz, which is fantastic. I do backup though, just in case.
