Anybody found a way to change the BBM Channels notification under 10.3.1? Of all the notifications you can adjust in 10.3.1, I have yet to find a way (beside removing them from favorite) to adjust that one.

Doesn't matter if it's in the HUB or not, it will sound / vibrate, whether you want it or not. The only way to stop it is to remove it from the Favorite, which sucks.

I just removed all channels. If I unfavourite, then I don't even look at it, is it's useless.

I hope BlackBerry implements BBMChannel in hub separated from BBM normal chats....could be the best solution for me.

Another one. I can't figure out where to specify a ringtone for BBM Ping. I'm on vacation and at work we use BBM Groups daily. I though about creating a vacation notification that would only ring the phone, text msg and BBM Ping. That way, if one of my employees wants me to check something in BBM, he can just ping me and I would be notified. Seems it can't be done

In bbm settings you can set a ping to use a level 1 alert. IIRC you can define level 1 settings in the priority hub.

Yeah, I tried that. Couldn't find a way to set notification for level 1 messages though

Go to hub, hit settings, priority hub, add rule, hit enable level 1, then edit level 1 settings.

Thanks but unfortunately, it didn't work. It vibrated but it didn't play the ringtone. Sound was On for alert 1 but main notification sound is off. In other application's notifications, those takes precedence but looks like not level 1, yet. Not surprising since you set it in different location that other notifications. May be it's not integrated yet.
