    Hello Crackberrians,

So I'm loving my updated 10.2.1.1055 OS that I've had for about two weeks now. Only issue I encountered is not being able to send an attachment photo via text messages. After the initial OS update I did perform a security wipe. Not sure what else might be going on? Oh, I'm on Verizon too.

    Anyone else encounter this issue?
    Thanks,
    ~S

Yes there are several threads about this same problem. Until you reload the software again and don't wipe you will not be able to attach a picture.

Not necessarily true. Who is your service provider?

The "issue" is that the settings for mms are deleted. Search for your carrier's mms settings (APN settings, MMSC url, Proxy url), manually add them in Hub settings>text messages>advance. Done. Good luck.

Thanks kiddoo. I did do that initially but no go. Can't change APN settings. Will have to reload OS.

Just to jump on what JayDee said, this thread in particular goes into detail about this issue - MMS messages can't be sent (but can be received usually) if you do a security wipe after installing OS 10.2.1.1055. Solution unfortunately is to reinstall the OS and NOT do a security wipe afterwards. Changing the APN settings is either not available, or won't take.
