Battery life seems to be sucking. It was pretty good on .4543, but the last two days I can't make it through the day without an interim charge. I'm already down to 80% after just two hours, only one of which is actual use.

The virtual keyboard seems to be a little quicker than earlier releases; but I'm not happy about the battery drain.

The backing up and restoring never worked for me in the past. With these 3 or 4 leaks I managed to get it down and get everything restored.

    1. - Put the BlackBerry into airplane mode.

    2. - Open up Link and Backup, then close Link once the backup is finished.

    3. - Run the Autoloader, and go through the setting up do not sign into BB ID.

    4. - Security Wipe

    5. - Run the initial set up, this time I sign into BB ID.

    6. - Once set up has completed I switch the device name to what I had at the time of the backup. In this case I always rename my device to BLACKBERRY-Q10. By default it is BLACKBERRY-7CC0.

    7. - I open Link with the renamed BlackBerry, and it always allows me to restore the backup I just made about a half hour ago.

    Hope this helps you guys!

This works and I could restore all including contacts and SMS..

Same here. Standby battery life is not great for me, either on 4543 or 4633.

Take into consideration all your custom settings and android ports and so on.

Have you tested the battery life with minimal settings? Remember things like Activesync kill battery so try not to sync everything from like 5 accounts if not required. Also vibrations and screen brightness. Mine is usually in the middle.

I'm still on 4543 and the standby life is just phenomenal!!!! (consider myself a power user)

I'm just wondering, how come some people do get the software info while others get no info avail? Just a question, not really worried about it.

Since I've installed 10.1.0.4633 on my Q10 I don't see the "Software Release" information either, but maybe it depends on the carrier we're using. (mine is a Q10 on T-Mobile USA)

I installed last night, this leak is running great. I did a wipe after the install, did a full restore, reboot and the software version shows up for me. OS still seems to be settling in, but is working quite well.

Ok so I've been on this new release since yesterday afternoon. The slow phone caller info bug is fixed. I found no other issues it this release. To early to tell about how good the battery life is but so far I haven't noticed anything different from the previous release. I sometimes see posters telling how smooth or smoother subsequent releases are, I've found that the OS has always been smooth from the beginning with a few exceptions when performance was actually worse. This release however not only is the usual smooth, but I've noticed the going in and out of the hub and apps appears to be faster. This phone is actually keeping up with me with I think this is new.

I didn't wipe and my Q10 shows a software release version. I did wipe after install 4543 and I did not not have the software release.

Be nice to know the model of your phone and what OS you migrated from.

Sorry, I should have provided more information. I'm on a Z-10, STL100-3 and my carrier is Bell. I was previously on OS 10.1.0.2062. I did a "double" wipe after installing the new OS, and then completed the app install/restore using Hatax's method.

Sorry to have to ask if it's been posted already. But does anyone have just the radio file for Liverpool StL002/ 003/004. As all i could see in my quick run thru was the 001. And I'm in to much of a hurry to have to search thru threads.

If not. No worries. I will search thru later when have more time.
