Forgive me if this is a redundant post but....Is this just a straight install (no additional radio file to load) and is it a stable OS on AT&T STL 100-3
    Hi Berryjunkie!

I used Darcy's "no pin" file to load and it went very quickly. It is a straight install. I'm seeing vast improvements over battery life and temperature as compared to 4543. Also, on AT&T. I highly recommend this one!

SO M Clubbing my experience so far.
    1. Installation was way quicker on STL100-1.
    2. Restore Still buggy on Windows PC, Will try with my Mac at Home as happened with earlier Leak. (Ignore Signatures Which says Posted from MAC )
    3. For all those to whom it matters - Software Release Number Visible
    4. Android installations are really FAST using Chrome Tool.
    5. Please Be patient for Battery Report

My Questions: Which part contains Contacts - Media, App Data or Settings (Restore choices)?
I am reluctant to restore APP Data. Want to remove all the clutter. Thanks

    My observations:

    6. Restoring settings from backup with Link 1.1.1 still fails.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Link which is 1.1.1.32

Ok this is a pain. I upgraded OS twice in one week because last week's leak had VVM problems.
On this one initially it was fine. Now it has disappeared from my phone, hub and settings.
    Any suggestions?

But How to go about it. Any Pointers?

EDIT: Going for Full Restore Now. As this is my primary device. Will Experiment on Weekend.
Just restore settings. This is the most limited amount you can do if you want your accounts back.

Is there someone who found a solution for restoring SMS?
I tried security wipes, change os version with darcy's tools, split the backup in only settings.
They would not show up in the SMS folder. I came from 4285, it looks like the problem is in any leak after 4285.
    Thanks!
    Same problem!

Has anyone else noticed that the "lock device" option has disappeared when holding down the power button? Not a deal breaker, but it seems like a silly thing to remove.

Dude, 1600+ posts and you are asking that? Come on, it's only a couple of pages back in this thread, or just do a search.

Trying to restore again through windows pc, The phone got restarted twice while updating only Settings Data. Note: Restore was on 0% only and device rebooted. Havent face even a single Random reboot till now on any of the builds. This is strange

It use to be alright to ask a question or 2 w/out getting railed....WTF has CB become???? Seems like a lot of DH blackberry elitist these days

275 posts and winning about someone with 1600?

These threads are full of off topic items and unorganized. Sometimes it's a royal pain finding what is important and needed.

Its there. Do you have your device password protected? If not, it won't be there.

    I believe you mean @Captain_Hilts.

Sounds like a password is not set on his device. When you do a security wipe, this happens and you have to reset it.
