Everyone, Mr BB Leak has contacted me and explained that this leak is directly from Blackberry and uploaded to MEGA. That shows based on the filenames of the leak even, only Blackberry and carriers use the R086 R085 etc notation for the various devices.

The key here is that the leak is legitimate. With Blackberry's signing process there's NO WAY for a modified OS (beyond the radio/OS hybrids we've been making) to be installed on our phones unless the signing process has been compromised.

If it installs on your phone it's legitimate. Plain and simple. It may contain something new that we've never seen before (the pinblock) but we can't expect that we've seen everything that Blackberry can do yet. This pinblock may only be on this leak, it may not be on the next, or it may be in every leak from here forward. We just have to wait and see. If it is a recurring process I will likely add a way to view the PIN list to my tools for anyone who is either curious or worried.

PS, if the signing private keys are ever compromised it'll likely mean big trouble for Blackberry as a company, so seriously lets hope that never happens. They're that important!
Thanks Darcy. Trust but verify. Excellent. Please keep up your good work.

Seems painless enough, ran EXE - flashed new leak, did initial setup, renamed the phone and and I'm now doing a recovery from my latest backup. First time doing this so let's see how it goes

Oh, I definitely know that. I had a marathon a few nights ago when I couldn't sleep, and ended up running autoloader about a dozen times. Whoops.
I will get some time soon, I hope. Then it's off to brick a couple if my spare Z10's

Has anyone gotten VVM (Rogers) up and running on this leak? I cannot even find where to reactivate it.
Call your voicemail a few times -- that should trigger the VVM password prompt dialogue box to pop up. Then, VVM should display normally within phone app & hub.

I installed my first leak (coming from official S.R. 2014). Did a backup and installation. Doing a wipe then restore. Lets see how it goes.
And just so that I know, if I do end up facing issues with this release, I can go back to my carrier release of 2014 through the LINK software?

Some issues I've noticed in the leak.

Calender is quite buggy when syncing with google

Occasionally after using bedside mode, it doesn't properly deactivate so you miss calls etc

Phone book doesn't always pick up names which is a little annoying..

Swipe to reply doesn't always work either..

Other than that it's very quick and I like the simple password option...

After the security wipe, screen is black and led is solid green. Is it still processing the wipe?
Edit: Yeah, ignore my statement. It just stayed off. Had to turn it on myself.

I installed on AT&T Q10 and all seams good with mail, contacts, calendar on EAS and Gmail. Made a ton of phone calls and SMS all fine. This has to be the smoothest OS I have loaded. Seams to process things VERY fast. Will have to see how battery dose after a day or so.

Browser isn't working on this build. It opens but doesn't work, type an address in the bar and click "go" and it does nothing. Clicking the menu button does nothing. No bookmarks restored although the install and restore both were successful with no errors. Am I alone on this?

So far it seems you might be alone. If you haven't already since your restore, reboot your phone, that might help. Reboot seems to fix most problems like that.

If that doesn't help then maybe the restore screwed up something in the browser settings. You can always try a wipe and restore again.

Yes, I had already tried a reboot, didn't help. Might try a wipe then check to see if it works before restoring.

Don't know. Never seen this before. Chances are though your phone would simply not boot and display a message. Or it may boot, but never connect to a network again. Just don't know.
Whoa...sorry, but that's enough to put me off. Even if I was not work-dependent on my device & was loading leaked OS' like you guys (still v jealous), permanent bricking of a $600 phone is NOT an option. Period.
