could you be more specific? if you mean 43 C6 24, then it's included in the last PIN.
The 3 sets of numbers in the image to the right of the last pin you posted in your file 24 C6 43 EA (or as in the image EA 43 C6 24)

Any other of your rules we should know about?

Nobody cares about one more post b*tching about things that you can do for yourself. The tool which Darcy used for change log is available publicly, developed by him. If you want to check what's new compared to your OS, use it. The PIN list was new, created a quick buzz, that's all. And seriously, as we're pretty close to MR release, what do you expect? I'm pretty sure there's a feature lock on the OS, as only Bilaal noticed a slight changed in the Music app. It's mostly a bugfix release, I suppose.

Has nothing to do with BBM, the blocked PINs are meant to brick your phone before it even boots. Again, I must stress that this is meant only for pre-release devices that were only supposed to be used for a limited time, or possibly stolen devices, etc. If you got your phone from a legitimate source you will be just fine.
People are going crazy over nothing. To avoid this you will never be able to take an OTA update again. Who knows you may already have it. Why would BlackBerry want to brick any of our phones?

Listen up, Bill Maher. While people may not have time to read 155 pages of "garbage", the changed files are on the top of page 3. I assume two pages and a bit are within your tolerances, no?

Installed on my STL100-2 z10 I'm no expert on this but my z10 is snappier smoother than before so I'm happy.

And just so every one knows I installed the release with the pin numbers included and mine is running fine.

don't got time to read 155 pages of garbage? but you expect the guy, who spares the time and effort to load 3+ GB of data for the community, to have to read every post and keep updating his?
If you want something, that has been provided to you for free, packaged for ease of use, it should not be an issue to read through the first few pages. Everything is listed there.
When you fail to read through, that is when you encounter issues, and then would come back to ask for help.

Take a chill pill! There are, at least, 1/2 a dozen posts of people talking about improved performance. Try it out. It's awesome how smooth it is!

In my editor it is actually showing as hex data before the plain text carrier bloc field. Not a big deal as we have probably wasted too much time on something that we are only looking at to satisfy our own curiosity and will not affect anyone here anyway Thanks for looking nonetheless and for posting your list.

    I'm on VZW 100-4

    Backup and shut down Link
    Disconnect phone
    DL .4633 and launch
reconnect phone and let boot rom do its magic
    Phone now with .4633 OS
    Do the tutorial
    Perform Security Wipe
    Phone reloads software
    Turn on Link and restore
Open vnBB10 and load up my 23 sideloaded apps
Done! About 2 hours from start to finish.

I'm coming off of .2354 and so far I notice simple password has been added and boot time has returned. Not sure but, was there BlackBerry Link icon there before in the settings menu? Allows you to connect and/or share files with paired pc's. Didn't notice it before.

Negatives: My text messages have not restored for some reason. No biggie for me. Not sure if I should attempt to restore again. Anyone with any ideas let me know.

Installed 4633 this morning and noticed that it too longer for my contacts to repopulate after restore...about 10 minutes after a battery pull for all of my contacts to register.

So far this OS very quick and responsive and I really don't see any hangups anywhere with my phone.

    VERY happy with this one!

They gave into the NSA. Snowden is known to carry a BlackBerry. They forgot what one they issued him so the shotgun method is being deployed.

Edit: Snowden is known to frequent CB.

On the attached picture (I checked again to be sure), I saw 3 bytes between the cursor position and "Carrier" text. that's part of the last PIN and included in it too. I really don't know what missing hex data are you talking about.

Loaded this about an hour ago. Did the usual. Backup before, auto- loader, security wipe then I did a full reload. So far everything seems stable, battery's cooled down.

Sideloaded Instagram. You still can't upload videos but I did get an interesting message when I signed in asking if I wanted videos to be saved to my SD card. I didn't get that before on. 4537

I'm gonna give this another hour or so to settle and see if it speeds up a little bit. Maybe I might restart too.

Also haven't seen any major changes either. But overall, so far so good

I loaded. 4537 about 3 days ago and that OS was by far the best leak to date. It was stupid quick! Best battery life and I had 0 problems with it.

Its been recommended to perform a SecWi when doing an OS upgrade. Supposedly removes any unwanted remnants of the OS that may hamper performance. I followed that instruction with no issues, so far.
