I'm looking to update a Z30 to a 10.3 version of the OS but this is going to be a daily driver so I was wondering what version is considered the most stable. Thank you.

The one you are using. these are all leaks with bug issues. Read the thread and see which Leak OS has the least amount of complaints.

For now, 10.3.0.1418. 10.3.1 is a little too rough around the edges for someone that has to ask.

    im using 10.3.1.1016 on Z30 sta100-2.
    Stable for daily use.
the battery lasts a 21 hours with moderate use.
ofcos bugs exist but not the crippling type.
some Android apps are battery hog like icq. try to avoid android apps till official release.

10.3.0.1418 or 10.3.1.1016 will work just fine on your Z30. I've used both, and both are more than suitable for a daily driver.

Thurask DOES make a good point for the WISE reader and discerner of information.

On my Q5, 10.3.0.1418 and 10.3.1.1016 is most stable except on wifi reception.
10.3.x.xxxx has worse wifi reception than 10.2.x.xxxx.

    I love these threads.

OP, without knowing how you use your phone, thurask is right, or just stick to official. Not even sure what exactly you mean by stable. I see comments about issues here, most of which I don't experience on 1016, and like any OS, everyone's results will vary.

As your daily driver, and being trepidatious, may I suggest if you do install a leak, do it with a day's time you can live without the phone. Make sure you are prepared with the knowledge to rollback if necessary, and choose carefully between 10.3.0.1418 and 10.3.1.1016. For me on 10.3.1.1016, the android apps I need work fine, while a few others I use are a tad hinky. Deleting BBM chats from the hub can be fixed, but I haven't bothered, cause I almost never delete one anyway, and doing it from BBM surely isn't a hassle. Signal both cellular and Wi-Fi are excellent, along with battery. Some have major battery drains, most can be fixed simply deleting old texts. I could go on and on, which is why you and you alone will eventually determine, what leak OS if any is stable enough to use.

Exactly. You THOROUGHLY explained and expounded on the basic point that I made in my earlier post. I agree with you on EVERY point that you made. Well stated as usual. Thank you.

Totally agree! What chaps my hide is members who push loading a leak, like a bad used car salesman. It's not for everyone, though I personally would never pass up an opportunity to jack up my phone.

Some of us with high battery drain, noticed text was way high in battery and CPU use through device monitor. Once old text messages were deleted from the hub, the issue was resolved.

For me, 10.3.1.938 works like a charm never had a problem (maybe here or there but I don't mind that, even official OS has problems).the battery life is very good, about a day using or 2 (or so) days of light use and standby. Although it did take some times before the OS becomes stable (yes, stable). At first, you are going to experience horrible battery life, poor receptions, blah blah blah but I think just choose one and stick with it, it will get better within a week (or two)

Must agree with earlier post, this 938 has been running very smooth, stable and is sassy only a few occasions. Unfortunately 1016 gradually became erratic and dysfunctional, not sure why!!

EDIT: Autoloaded 1151, and after 5 days, was still very much a battery hog...especially when compared to performance I was getting with 938. Reverted to 1016 via autoload to see I could gain back some battery performance. Stay tuned...
