If you go into settings>about>OS, you will see that 10.2.1.537 is the software release and 10.2.1.1925 is the OS version. So you do have the right one loaded on. No need to run the autoloader again. You have 10.2.1.1925. Congrats.

If you're going to wait for AT&T or any US carrier to release it you'll be waiting quite awhile. This leak works great. Highly recommend. I will say that I save all my contacts with outlook so I never do a restore. Fresh install and out everything back from scratch. Never have a problem.

    1925 is great and very stable. Its my third week and no issue at all. There are some more things to be improved, like;
    1. Complete dark theme for hub including emails.
    2. Contact display in dark theme is very unformatted compare to lighter one.
    3. Twitter, FB and LinkedIn to be in dark one.

I would do that too but I downloaded many apps and games and it's a bit hassle setting up all email accounts and restoring games and apps.

Just back up using BlackBerry link then restore after. All your apps and games will be restored.

Use the leak in my sig . Dont load the 10.2.1.xxxx leaks. They are not ready for prime time yet. 10.2.0.1797 is also acceptable. However 1767 was picked up by some carriers around the world and has been solid for me since the leak hit CB on day one.
Well, if you fancy 10.2.0, go with either 1971, 1803 or 1809. They are more stable. 1767 has some annoying bugs esp. the "language bug" where you choose a language, but when you come back, it's gone.

I keep waiting because I hear of different problems people are having after downloading a leak. Trying to wait because I heard ATT should drop it sometime in Jan, but each day is excruciating. What the hell is ATT's problem? Can't wait to **** pile ATT when my contract's up.

Are you still on 10.1? Know this: there are more problems on 10.1 than loading the latest leaked OS. And from 10.1, you'll be stunned by the array of functionalities 10.2.1 has to offer.

I do hope you're planning on installing 10.2.1.1925. It's the latest leak and supports direct install of Android apk files w/no conversion, side-loading, etc. It's AMAZING how much better the Z10 is w/mainstream apps!

I'd suggest side-loading Snap so that you can access Google Play's free apps.

I'd also suggest Amazon app store, since it works great on 10.2.1.1925.

Right click on it and see if it gives you that option. Or go into 7zip and click on extract and you should be able to select the file.

right clicking the autoloader doesnt give me the option to extract or unzip thats why i downloaded 7zip. my cpu kept asking what program I wanted to open the autolader in so I chose the 7zip I have compromised the original autolader download. I believe I am going to have to start from scratch. All that happens when I click on the 7zip is an install/extraction (of idk what)... so confused

  17. ray689's Avatar
No you didn't compromise. It's fine. Just use the extract option and pick where you want to extract it to so you can find the exe file. I usually just do it to the desktop so I can just find it haha.

Then you did something wrong! Because I was abroad and it worked fine for me! You can tell if your device is connected to data over roaming too. I'm surprised you didn't realize while you were there
And as someone pointed out, what does this have to do with this thread?

Such an epic failure on my part. Have spent all night on this "project" finally figured out how to extract with the 7zip. Finally get the. exe file, finally get it to ask me for my password, finally get the light to turn green... the program runs for 2 seconds and nothing happens, my phone reboots with everything still in tact... just, the, way, it, was, before. no wipe out, no changes. This is probably just not meant to be or I'll try to revisit when I'm not so frustrated. I've spent my whole evening trying to figure this out

1803 was the best imho, while 1809 was unstable.

Currently, I'm on 10.2.1.1925 which is running well.

Ok here is some guide to help you.
    1. Make sure you have install the latest BlackBerry Link on your Windows (driver needed)
    2. Make sure you download the right Autoloader there are two type one STL 100-1 and the rest (if your BB is non LTE used STL100-1 else used the rest STL100-2)
    3. Make sure before you run the AutoLoader you turn off BlackBerry Link
    4. Make sure you turn off your BlackBerry before you plug in the USB
    5. Make sure you run the AutoLoader first until its stated waiting for device then plug in the turn off BlackBerry into the USB cable
    6. Once it is up and running, it will request your BB password and it should restore the OS
    7. Wait till it finish and BB will reboot.
    8. Done....

P.S. for those who need to unzip 7z extension you can download and install Download - IZArc - Free Zip Files Utility
Its an open source and its FREE

This is a strange list, 'cause for me, the autoloader will just open and then immediately close if I don't have Link running and logged into my phone. It also most definitely won't work if my phone is turned off.
