    Hello, fellow Crackheads!

Due to the ubiquitous nature of mega.co.nz links in this particular sub-forum, I'd like to share a handy download tip with you. I can't post links since I'm a newb, but just search for 'megatools' and you'll find it. Once installed, you just open Terminal and type megadl 'insertlinkhere'. No need to use any special browsers/install plug-ins to download large files from mega.co.nz any more. Enjoy!

Funny thing is that my Mega download issues went away after this thread was started.

Mega app from Google Play Store works fine. I've downloaded many files from the app straight to the phone.
Just make sure you 'import' in browser, open the app and then download from there.
    Works like a Charm.

You could use this on an offshore VPS somewhere to retrieve mega hosted files. Then again, using a VPN is probably easier.

Free vpn service does not allow me to download huge data. This is a big problem.
