ah yes, sorry i didnt realise it. checked the OS section and it's all good. mind my newbieness since i just got this device yesterday.

btw, in android, samsung especially, i usually rooted the phone and remove the bloatwares i dont use. can i do the same with bb10? like story maker, docs to go, etc etc, it seems can't be removed. i use this phone mainly for bbm and whatsapp only. don't need other bloat apps, and i wish removing them makes the phone a bit faster and lighter.
You can use Sachesi to extract the bar files for the apps you wish to remove, then use the Google Chrome Extension to side those apps. Afterwards on the chrome extension you should be able to hit uninstall I believe.

A few full charge/discharge cycles should clear that up. You can also try removing the battery for about 90 mins.

I haven't tried the 10.1 weather app but I can tell you how to get accurate weather from BeWeather. Since almost anyone can get a weather station and become part of weather underground I recommend using your nearest airport weather. Enter your airport three letter identifier preceded by a K. For example, KDFW or KLAX. If your closest airport is small and doesn't have a normal three letter identifier like that you can still use its identifier such as 4i3 without a "K" and get the airport weather. These stations should be much more accurate than whatever you happened to pull up for a city search.
Will this work with Accuweather? I live less than a mile from a small regional airport. That would be cool to get the best weather info!

Exactly what John said, it's a known issue with the STL100-1 battery calibration.

Happens to me anytime i do an OS upgrade. What you need to do is let it switch off by itself, then remove the battery for atleast one hour.
After that, put back the battery and charge it. It will come up by itself and let it charge to 100%. If after 2 hours, it is not up to 100%, remove the charger for about 2 mins and the put it back and it should charge up to 100% in the next 20 more minutes.
    That should do the trick.

I just did. Now my battery is at 100 then go to 98% in 2 hours of usage and I think that's not right. I rebooted the phone, boom it's suddenly at 78%. And now after 45 minutes of use, it's still at 77% lol. I will let this battery dies again by itself and pull out the battery for 1-2 hours and let it recharge again. Thanks. Will report it back later.

Yes, the P9982 should use the same autoloader as the Z10 STL100-2/3

Most Weather apps I've tried don't allow you to use airport identifiers. That's why I like BeWeather so much. However, often times you will get the airport weather anyway. If the weather report time is always about 5-7 minutes before the hour it is likely an airport hourly weather observation since that when the current weather is officially taken and reported.

The stock BlackBerry Weather app is based on Accuweather. I tried searching for my airport by the K code and... nothing. Had to use city, state instead. So yeah, I switched back to BeWeather again.

One small niggle though: in BeWeather on a Q10, the name of the airport doesn't fit into the active frame, so it wraps and blocks part of the weather status line. D'oh. Was hoping I could edit the name (change International to Intl) but there doesn't seem to be a way.

I am having an issue with Music and Pictures apps not finding the pictures that I just took (stored on SD) or the music I just added to my SD storage.
Does anyone else have the same issue with this latest leak?

I think it's a kind of issue related with the 10.2.1 series. I use to have it all the time.
All I do is close the camera app and let it rest for a while. Then I reopen it and my pix are all there again.
On rare occasions, I do a reboot of the phone.

Try using Opera. It never downloaded completely for me in Firefox or IE.
