Loaded this on my Q10 using Sachesi and the two signed bar files and have no Hub. Anyone else seen that?
No, try rebooting with the volume buttons. I needed to after updating and it fixed all my account issues

This is why I use an autoloader. No issues

Ugh normally with you- I wanted to try something new... Never updated through Sachesi before. Glad I learned something new though so it was worth it

Maybe try loading it again. Since you did the style where no data is lost its worth a quick shot. I'm assuming you rebooted a few times already though...

Yep. Tried a couple of reboots. The core OS is reloading as we speak. If I read it right, the core OS is the same across all the devices (except stl100-1) and only the radio differs. Used the same core OS on the Z10 -3 and it worked just fine.

Sorry for being such a nudge but wifey is about to kill me for taking so long and all because I wanted to save a couple of hours by using a "nondestructive" method

I did the Sachesi update and all my versions are showing correctly.
Do you just drop the two downloaded files (OS and Radio) via sachesi install screen without unzipping the files or just use the "*.signed" files on the install tab?

it will get you all new features and fixes ? or it will just change the OS version and the radio ?

Just the Core OS and radio, which is not a complete update. See answer below.

I installed all the 154 bars (downloaded directly from Blackberry servers) the hard way.. didn't have a list of updated BARs yet and wanted to make sure everything was updated.

Very timeconsuming to do that but slightly more predictable.

Use "debrick" for mode on Sachesi before searching and it will bring up the two files that are needed. One is the core radio file and the other is the OS. I just learned this after downloading all 154 files into a different folder--Yikes! LOL. (thanks Mecca for your help).

    [Updated]
If you update with only the debrick OS file and radio file, you will not update the OS completely. You also need to load the updated non-core bundled apps, using the newer BAR files. About 25 of those have changed since 10.2.1.1925.

So you can either load all 152 of those, or just the updated ones. Here are the base OS and radio file links posted by thurask, see below for the updated BAR file list:

Loading via BAR is never destructive because the app portion is ignored completely unless it's used in an autoloader. So you can use the debrick bar, but you still have to do all the app bars separately.

If you load the debrick OS file directly, it will wipe the device. That's what "debrick" means.

What you want is the "upgrade" OS file, links to which have been posted in the thread by thurask:

    And which files to load:

You also need to load any updated BAR files which are not part of the core OS. toobs623 posted a list of these here:
Not true! I did it about 2 hrs ago with Mecca's instruction and worked perfectly. Zero problems-slightly faster it seems-radio is much better-to soon to tell on battery. The debrick mode puts the OS in one bar file and the radio in another and you drag and drop the radio first and then the os bar file. Took about 25 mins including back up. Phone reboots and you are good to go!

Check your app versions with sachesi. You won't have any of the updates, like camera, sys.pim.*, and so on. They have to be installed separately when upgrading with the bar files.
