Anyone solved the issue of dropping wifi connection/limited Internet access messages on this OS?

    Posted via CB10
Had that issue on 2947 but loaded the AT&T radio bar and it quit..
I am on AT&T though.. Now trying the 3175 with the 3140 radio and its back.
Will give it a few more days to settle and see if it stops. If not I am going to
load the AT&T radio bar on this one and see what happens..
    Good luck..

Oh, here is the link to the AT&T update thread.
You will need the radio bar for your device
and side load it (be carefull autoloading a
radio after using Sachesi to update it may
soft brick your phone) something that sometimes
happens but not always so Backup First!!!.
If you used Sachesi to upgrade stick with it for any alterations.

Whoa!! Carriers have their own radio bars??? I had no idea, never heard this before. So I'm wondering if every time I load an os I need to use carrier specific radio!

But then again, AT&T doesn't carry z30 so would they still have a radio for it?

No, but the released update I mentioned above was for AT&T and
specific 5 part bars were changed (from a previous close version)
with a new radio bar in that release. AT&T released this version..
Thus the OP, myself and others refer to that release as AT&T..
Like the T-mobile release.. (by referral only not specific) However,
some models have to have different OS cores but apps are fluent..
Different models do have different radios.. Thus why I posted the
OP so different phones could get the needed radios for their phone model.

I see you have a z30 and T-mobile carries them (I think) so maybe,
not positive, a release from T-Mobile could but not always have a
better supported radio bar. Of course version numbers come into
play here, from one release to another. On a leak previous version the radio
version number didn't change with the new specific carrier release version then
the radio is the same. No need to worry about it. All this is generic
concept but should be thought about. I am sure..

Hope that clears that up for you and maybe others.. Sorry, I forget
sometimes not everyone fallows along with different OS
versions as myself and some others here... :-)

I am in trouble. Just updated my wife's Z10 with this leak. Now shows 10.2.1.2941. Running on T-Mobile US. It is fast and smooth. I have one issue. And it is going to create a problem in this house. It is wifi calling notification keeps popping up. This will not be accepted when she uses the phone tomorrow. There is no icon for wifi calling as before. Hoped to find it by using the search magnifying glass. And turn it off there. No.

One other data point is there is a icon at the very top of the screen showing a phone and the wifi symbol.

Please help me! What should I do? Can I downgrade to the previous OS?

If you need WiFi calling on T-Mobile, you have to stick with the version of the OS they released.

You can down grade but you will need to restore using the backup you created BEFORE you upgraded.

You just need the autoloader of the os you want to go back to. If you have it already just run it then restore from the last backup you did from that os.

If you don't have the autoloader you can search leak forums for it. If you didn't back up before loading this os, you'll need to set up from scratch.

I don't want to downgrade. This version is much smoother and quicker. But I gotta get rid of that wifi calling interruption. I don't see any location where I can turn it off. Given their relationship, I doubt I'll be seeing any love from T-Mobile US.

Do you have the Wifi Calling app installed? There should be a toggle in that to turn it on/off.

Try installing the WiFi app BAR then and see if you can repeat what you did in the past. You ca. Use Sachesi to download the official build for T-Mobile devices to grab the BAR file and install it if you don't have it handy.

2274 ran very smoothly on my Q5 over AT&T network, however I prefer the performance of the 3140 Radio now, simply appears to run even longer and a little smoother overall !!

I'm having a issue with my PIM on Q10SQN100-5/10.2.1.3175.

No clue why it's doing this.

It's downloading and uploading large amounts of data consistently.

I thought 3140 was performing well, but it seemed like the cell signal was a bit stronger on 2274. Could just be my imagination, though. I guess I'll roll with 3140 until an issue presents itself.

Just use the 3125 release with Sachesi or the Autoloader leak.
They are all in the leaked OS section.

I switched to 2274 radio and battery seems about the same as the
one with this version (3140). However when I switched to the 2274 (AT&T) radio
wifi drops went away. I can't tell any difference with 2274 radio
over 3140 radio at all. Still quick and smooth.. This is on a z10 STL100-3 AT&T..
I'm glad to get rid of the wifi drops as I use wifi all day long at work in
a 148,000 sq foot building. All I can say is try it yourself. You can always
swap back.. It may take a day or so to resettle but not long after change.

Oh and yes the cell signal was way better then 3140..

I also have switched back to the 2274 radio - better network signal and runs cooler than 3140 radio - and as far as I can tell about the same on battery performance.

I am on AT&T by the way.

I'm seeing the same after deciding to switch to 2274. Cell signal seems better, and battery life is about the same. And I am on the same carrier/device setup.

I didn't have Wi-Fi drops with 3140, but that doesn't mean they weren't on the horizon. Figured I would head it off at the pass.

After a lot of thinking through, I flashed this update over 10.3 because 10.3 sounds too buggy at the moment, and I don't have time to fiddle around with my phone if it breaks down on the road, during a conference call, etc. Thank you for this stable update!!

I was on this OS a month or so ago, went back down to 2947 and now I got forced into this update without my knowing (T-mobile UK just decided to start downloading and installing while I was asleep) I've been on this OS for approximately two weeks now.

Both times I've run this OS its always been very hot and the battery life has been terrible. Literally four hours of moderate use where I intentionally use my phone less to preserve battery life.. I'm thinking I may aswell go up to 10.3 again if it's going to run this badly!

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

    Hi,

I'm using this OS for a while and I discover an issue/bug. It's about the sound or speaker. Last time it happened when I play around with HUB++ apps, the sound just gone. no sound when play music, incoming message, call or even when typing. So I reload the OS and the problem seems to be solved. but then last night when I play a song from my music library, it happened again but this time I just let it be. Now the sound is back again. I didn't do anything and just realize the sound is back when the alarm is buzzing. Anyone having the same issue?
