What's everyone getting on average with battery drain. I've got a Z10 and I'm an average to moderate user and the best I'm getting is 6 hrs between charges. I had been seeing 8 to 10 with the prior build. Other than that it seems pretty good.

Give it sometime to settle. You cannot really start complaining when you just loaded an OS. You need to give the device like 3 days to a week to settle down properly. If after this, it's still the same then it becomes an issue.

I am with T-Mobile and was also having issues with the constant disconnections, after installing the 2229 radio everything is back to perfect...

I'm on ATT and I'm noticing the same thing?? losing signal quite a bit lately? Any ideas of which radio would go best with this OS on ATT, and I am not partial to an att radio either...

After an initial positive experience, this update turns out to be pretty bad for me on my Q10.
Iffy signal, battery burning up (very hot, less battery life).
The rest of the OS has gotten pretty laggy as wel, especially ported apps.

Not gonna revert to the old OS right away, but if this does not clear up soon I may have to. Sachesi-loaded, btw.

I didn't like the 3140 signal so went back to 2274 radio. Seems to work well with this OS.

If a newer one comes out I will try that but sticking to this for now.

You say that because you are on the beta program, and you have probably received it OTA, right? Talk about a day late and a dollar short. I have moved on to 10.3, and there is no looking back for me :-)

No and no. I lost my BETA OS access when I changed jobs and went to work for Microsoft.

I say that because I don't install leaks, only publicly released and non-destructive updates. I really want this update release so I can use Sachesi to install it, primarily in hopes that it addresses some if the WiFi issues I am having.

So again BlackBerry cab release the update any day now... :-)

Have you read the topic? Hot running OS whether you use Sachesi or Autoloader. Spotty radio and: the "Limited Wi-Fi" error is still happening (maybe even more). Not sure why this would be considered a good release candidate...
Even now with just CB10(+headless apps) running my phone is burning up, went from 20+ on the old OS to 12- hours of use here. Gonna reroll the radio tonight, hope that makes a difference. Darnit, I had stopped installing leaks, and now I feel bad for being tempted to run this one.

I agree--I don't have it on my phone (I have 2947) but was going to load it until I read the non-stop negative reports. 2947 is running great even thought the battery life is just so-so, but other than that it's perfect, so I'll wait for a non-watermark 10.3 OS to surface. It won't be that long until a good leak or release hits the streets.

Aaaand: bricked when trying to load another radio. Oh well, as long as I have to load a fresh OS I might as well give that 10.3 a go before I go back to 10.2.1.

Yes... I have been reading the now 69 pages of comments... thanks for asking. You are the first person to insinuate that this isn't a good update. There have been a few who have indicated the WiFi performance isn't all that but that's about it.

Considering I am running a 10.2.1.2947 hybrid, this looks appealing to me.

I am getting this thread and the one about the radio mixed up, there was more negative feedback on the 3240 radio. If that radio will be the one they use in the release, I would suggest the hybrid as well. But that will not be possible OTA, right?
Anyway, I am completely screwed now. Bricked when trying to load that hybrid you mentioned, and did not have the chance to decrypt my SD card. Thank god my Password Keeper data was backed up through Settings at least, the Media I can do without.

I gave the os 8 days to settle but battery drain was terrible and I kept losing signal for no reason. After a full charge it drained 12% in an hour. Switched back to 2274 radio and my battery time increased back to normal and the frequent signal losses stopped as well

    Updated today on my Q10!

First thing I noticed (or at least I think I noticed): the OS is slightly faster! The actions go faster and everything seems to run a bit smoother!

    Anyone else noticing that?

Over all not a good one. Problems with BlackBerry maps and it seems to be wearing down the battery quicker.
Over all its faster but I would not even begin to say it's stable or ready for prime time.
