Every time I log into Blackberry World I am told I have 5 updates available? I download them and it keeps saying the same thing? Any ideas of what is happening? All of my apps are up to date.

I can't really feel any difference compared to 10.2.1.2947 on my Z10. But snappiness is a very subjective topic anyway.
As people mentioned before, most changes are probably in terms of bug fixes and optimization for Z3.

Guess we won't find any new features, but a lot of tiny bits being fixed, which is really nice.
Usually makes the codebase clean, more mature and ready for the next few iterations and releases. #keepmoving
And yeah overall performance and battery lifetime 'should' improve in exactly such/those releases.

And another problem is that(not a bug with this OS), I did a backup of my apps and Games and Real Arching 3 was one of them. But after restoring, and when I open the game, they are asking me to download 1005 mb for it to work? Why is this? I have already downloaded this for my previous OS.
    This never happened before.

    Posted via CB10

Someone? I just want to know of this is normal or is there something wrong? Like is the previously download 1gb being occupied on my phone memory?

    "qc8960.factory_sfi.desktop-10.2.1.3175-nto+armle-v7+signed.7z" is Russian?

Anyway, the two Mega links posted are the above (the debrick OS file for non-STL100-1 devices) and the 10.2.0.3140 radios in signed form (mostly useless).

LOL on the russian thing! no offense meant dude, had a good laugh though.

For those who already use 3175, how's the performances and also about the battery life ?
Start a Timer and ask in 48 Hours again. Most Devices /OS's have settled by then. Which means more accurate Data on CPU / RAM / Data and of course Battery Lifetime.

At least for me: Less than 1 Percent / Hour on Battery Drain with:
    * WiFi on
    * Everything else off

Drain with 2G usage: Not enough Data yet. But looks good to me for now.
NFC / Bluetooth: Don't use those.

someone here reported getting 1% drain left idle for an hour. would love to have that kind of device performance. the previous OS drains the battery so much even when its on airplane mode or bedside mode. will monitor as well.

I ended up soft bricking my Z30 by using the non destructive BAR loaded via Sachesi followed by a flash of the radio using an autoloader build from the "non-destructive" radio file bundle. I fixed it by downloading the full autoloader for the Z30, extracting the signed radio file only, and then re-flashing the radio only using the autoloader. I think that the "radio-only" bundle has a corrupt radio for the Z30.

The instructions that I based my solution on are found here http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...ml#post9305728

Yes this happens to me too every single time. Started hunting me with a 10.2.0 OS - don't remember which one.

Don't know how much Peoples are effected and I have no Idea what's causing this. Maybe BlackBerry does this on purpose for Peoples using leaks lol.

Anyway: In my Case, only BlackBerry Apps are shown as outdated.

I just restore the Application Data (after which Link will restart the Device anyway), wait around 10 Minutes and do another restart. I open BBW -> My Apps -> The List should be empty now.
[In most cases just wait 5-10 Minutes. A second restart is not always necessary].

I think it's a glitch regarding the Synchronisation between the Device and BBW.

One day in and I noticed a few things. Some of these may be subliminal, but in really thinking they aren't.

Battery isn't that great. I've never really needed to wait for a leak, or OS settle for more than a day to be honest. The battery drain seems a little high.

The keyboard seems more touchy and less predictable then it has on the last leak. Which is actually throwing off my typing at a very noticeable rate. The auto correct seems to be fighting me as well.

Also the brightness on my screen seems dimmer, and the auto rotation seems more sensitive to the point where I have to change my habits.

Really odd because I've never really experienced these types of things with leaks in The past. Thinking of down grading.

I don't suppose anyone else is noticing things along those lines??

I read about the new runtime in this build...
Please advise which Android version (i.e 4.2/4.3/4.4) would this runtime be on par with?

    How to tell anyway?

    Thanks
The Android runtime included in v10.2.1.x is compatible up to Android version 4.2.2. The next runtime in the upcoming v10.3 will be compatible up to v4.3. BlackBerry officially announced that already.

Well, I usually follow the steps, especially SIC Multiwipe part. Got a new Z30 couple of weeks back ( moved from Q10). Did an OTA and no problems so far. But the itching due to this leak really started getting me .

Since I don't do much games ( or not important in my smartphone) , games data is irrelevant for me. Rest of the things ( Contacts, music, sms backup etc can be restored using third party applications).

My experience with SIC multiwipe and Q10 was exceptional. I hope that would repeat with Z30 as well.

    How far is weekend ....!!
