Cool, since I only use the phone app to look at threads I already subscribed to, I didn't know that existed...it doesn't exist when you just look at subscribed threads, only on the full forum lists.

Thanks, just found this out! It wasn't obvious to me at all, and I wasn't in the habit of reading threads in CB10 by drilling down through specific forums. Now I know. :-)

Just tried everything last night, ended up reloading without restore now works OK. It took time but I enjoy deleting unused APPS. Reload OS set it up, and enjoy new IS Android Runtime is faster.

This is exactly what I have just finished doing as well. I spent HOURS and HOURS trying to get my android apps to work or even to download after my restore. Thanks to many individuals who tried to help me. Nothing seemed to work for me and this is the worst experience I have had with a new OS by far. I just for the life of me cannot figure out why my install would not work properly (tried 3 times to restore with all manner of wipes and installation tips etc)..in the end though I have a fast, clean, system but all android apps had to be manually reinstalled from SNAP (the only android catalog I use). Being a bit of a techie though, it bugs me tremendously that I cannot figure out my problem. My best guess is a crummy restore file from BB Link. Anyway, again thank you to all who tried to help me!

Due to overheating and battery drain issue, I loaded this version, everything was find, till I realised that my password keeper data needs to be got back, I restore my setting from the backup (only settings) and the same issue is being faced.
Phone getting hot and battery draining fast.
BlackBerry should provide the option to restore specific data from the backup.

    Some Bug encountered here:

I can't create a new contact nor does it save the "linked contacts".

    Any solution other than downgrading?

I already disabeled and reenabled syncing contacts (outlook.com account)
What do you mean exactly? Please explain more so I can try and recreate.

I'm able to create a contact.

I agree, there should be an option to restore certain information..

Though, Password Keeper comes with its own export and import facility.

Watch out for the downloads from some of the mirror sites. I ended up with that terrible mysearch virus and it has taken me hours to clean up my registry and browsers.

Couple pages in, Thurask posted a Dropbox link.. that's what I used. Quiet fast and reliable download.

Forgive my skepticism (solely based on your 1 post), but I think I will wait for a few others to report on this.
I didn't get it back coming from the official release. Restored and didn't have COC. I installed COC and still no data. I tried restoring app data again with COC installed and still nothing.

If I loaded back to official, installed COC and restored from backup I could likely get it back but I wouldn't be on the leak. Might be possible if the leak previous to this was loaded then backed up. Install the fresh leak and restore data back.

I'm sure I can figure out a way to get it back as I've done the last few times with leaks but it's getting to the point where I cant be bothered.

I came in from 10.2.1.2234. I did a full backup before hand. Restored said backup on this release and lost no progress at all.

Can anyone confirm for me changes? If any?

One major and very welcoming change is the ability to bulk delete mails either from handheld or both server and handheld. I've been wanting this from day one and it's finally here.

Simple, just crack open the PlayBook, shove a Z3 in there and close it back up.

The STL100-1 build is just slightly less impossible.

Yup, this IS a welcome feature!! I've lost so many important work emails prior to this implementation.

I've noticed that the reception has improved on my Q5 with this leak... previously I used to get network drop outs, which seem to have stopped.

Having finally taken the plung and installed on my Q10, I had a very strange setup.

Whilst in BBM the checkbox / swipe option kept turning by itself rather fast. During this time the battery got very hot. I had to exit the application and then enter again to see it stopped.

Also, I've purpously typed this as a long sentence and I did it rather fast as I used to do and I never once got a incident of the double type.

I've connected to the wifi (the same as the Q5) and il leave connected and see what the state of pllay will be in the morn.

MR2? Gut feeling haruspicy tells me that this OS (or similar) will supersede 2141 as the global OS.
