Hi Guys! I installed the leaked version coming from 1055 and now my phone shows BBM(I think) icon on the top status bar, next to signal strength bar. Is there a way to remove it or what is that? Thanks

2 THINGS: is the lag on the text message fix with this version? and is there anyway i can use this leak and change the radio to 810? so i can be able to use wifi-calling. i depend on that while im at work... hopefully with this new deal between tmobile and verizon i cant get service without depending on wifi.

Make sure the radio file loaded properly. There have been a couple of posts where the OS loaded, but the user still had the old radio, not the 1899 radio. You can see the radio in the About and OS screen.

If you can find the separate radio file as an autoloader file, you can use this and it will install quickly and non destructively.

The Q10 radio file autoloader is on linked on the first post of this thread.

How do I find just the 1056 radio file? Can I download that via zip or is it possible to sideload through PAM via Google Chrome.?

Should I go with just 1259 instead of 1925?

I downloaded the 1056 Radio file everything else is the same. 10.2.1.1925. With 10.2.1.1056 Radio all confirmed on OS Page. "Wiggled the sum and SD card just a little bit" still NIGO on testing. Looks like 1259 for me. Help me Obi Wan you're my only hope. Thoughts?

The icon you refer to should always have been there. It means you are connected to the Blackberry Infrastructure (whatever that means...). Refer to User Manual, page 237 (4th icon in the list).

I'm not reading 2000+ post so can someone tell me if they have been successful in extracting the runtime from the os? Friend of mine is having problems with hers so we wanted to see if we could load it instead of loading the whole os.

Cool I'm sure I'll pull up 20,000 post about the word runtime. Instead of just asking a question and getting a simple answer

how do you "have trouble" with the runtime? Older versions had trouble. Newer versions are better. You have to load the OS.

What OS is your friend currently running? Given the massive changes I don't think it could be transplanted very far back, maybe 1055. I have not tried myself.
