    Hey thanks for the swift reply. I will try your solutions very soon but as to the questions of the contacts returning with a "back up restore" or the BBL non functioning sync for contacts and calendar, does this help that? Real learner here!

    Hey all, I got annoyed with having to wait for the update, tmo didn't send me one
    I downloaded the leak version, and I noticed reboots about twice a day since the download.

    Anyone experience this, also anyone have solutions?

    There's a newer version out. Here's an easy way to install it:

    Yes. The one I linked is newer. Follow my instructions and you can update without having to restore a backup.

    Tried your cure with great results. I'm thinking this is the best way to update! Only thing is it doesn't clear up problem with BBL. The problem with the missing sync function started at with the download of the latest BBL so it's near 100% a BB problem. Gonna check around 2 see if there's a fix.

    Cuz I got 1925 to work and I'm not going to chance screwing it up lol

    It took a device security wipe to get it to recognize my sim card after loading the 1926 radio - I'm gonna quick while I'm ahead

    Suit yourself. The 2141 update using Sachesi is risk free and easy easy. Many bugs fixed in 2141

    No issues on my Zed, also on TMO. Will be glad to have their release, though, due in a few weeks.

    Same here with the Mega version. Slow rebooting, rebooting during initial config, etc. Loading also had error after Signature step. DL'd the Bitcasa mirror version and it got further through the Auto-Load...rebooting now and hopefully it's OK.

    Edit...definitely better. Had even tried to re DL the Mega version, same errors. Bitcasa version completes correctly, including initial setup.
    Unfortunately my luck was no better with the Bitcasa version. Should the device start pretty much as soon as the autoloader closes? My device has no response, just the solid green LED. After a few minutes of no response I am able to restore the device over BlackBerry Link to which the handset responds quickly enough. I would really like to get 1925 working on the Q10 so I can switch more easily between that and my Zed which is running well on 1925. Is there a Plan C?

    That was awesome!! I changed cable from USB hub to direct in laptop and then also your suggested USB 2 Port and started from the prompt... It installed instantly!

    I LOVE these forums where we all help each other notching up our knowledge.

    Hello, I'm having issues doing the upgrade with my laptop and was wondering what you meant by "changed cable from USB hub to direct in laptop". I'm having other issues with my laptop reloading 3min into the upgrade, DPC WATCHDOG has attacked my laptop, going to try and fix it first.

    Don't ever use a USB hub for loading a BlackBerry device. A Hub is a device you plug into a USB port that gives you more USB ports. That has always caused problems. Always use a USB port that is integral to the computer.

    Hi, my Z10 is flashed the red LED in increments of 2. I am looking for an autoloaders because I've read that this is a soft brick issue and that an autoloader will fix it. Are the links on page 1 autoloaders?

    After download it says i dont have the program on my computer to run the file. Could you give me a step by step tutorial if you dont mind

    You have to unzip it because the file is compressed. If you don't have an unzip program Download the software called 7zip and use that to extract it. Then plug in your phone and run the extracted file.

    ive been attempting to do that, i downloaded 7 zip, im not sure what to do now, thanks in advance for all your help

    Download 7zip. Install 7zip to your computer. Once the installation is finished right click on the OS download and select "extract here." That will extract the file/folder to the same folder that the downloaded file was in. When it's done you should be able to double click on the extracted file.

    Did it go through the whole loading process? Usually takes about 5 minutes. If so, the device may be defective and you'll need to contact your carrier.
