Download the one with the name Z30, extract it and run the exe file with your phone connected to the pc.
Make sure you back-up your device with bblink before this and close bblink before running autoloader.

Thanks, I know its kinda obvious now you say it, but I wasn't 100% sure if the "Z10 2/3/4" meant it was suitable for a Z10, Z20(?), & Z30.

Yeah you're not lying there my friend haha.

Quick question though, when I do decide to run the leak OS, I have to shut my device down before I plug it in and after I make a back up file correct?

Just wanna make sure the error didn't occur on my behalf..

The device does not need to be shut down. After your backup, close link, then run the autoloader.

Where did you get the radio file for your Z30? Is it better than the one in the build? Just curious. Thanks

I must be the only person in the world that has never had any issues with Link lol. I would be equally irritated if I were to have some of the issues that have been reported.

I've had issues where my files were copied 3 times over into the same places... so when I had one pic and then it synced to my PC and synced my PC to my phone resulting in 3 copies of one file. It's highly annoying, imagine every file on your BlackBerry made 3 times over... plus the backup times are horrendous... I don't even backup anymore everything is cloud driven in my device..!

Yeah you're not lying there my friend haha.

The autoloader automatically restarts your device to get it ready for an upgrade... but I would advise you to close BlackBerry Link on the PC, make sure nothing important is open on your BlackBerry and back it up just in case and then load away! no harm in being careful ey..

I recall seeing a fairly lengthy thread on this regarding an earlier leak and problems connecting with Mercedes bluetooth and it was pretty unique to Mercedes as I recall. I did a quick search but didn't turn it up, sorry.
To tanzarian: Not sure if you are running a Z10 or Z30, but just to add my experience:
I Loaded 1925 leak on my VZW Z10 STL100-4 many weeks ago and then noticed that there was a specific 1926 radio file specifically for VZW!! At first, had some battery drain issues but it has settled down, but as far as the Bluetooth goes, I was amazed when I went to go pair it up with my 2013 Dodge Charger (yes, it IS a beast) using the UConnect feature through the giant NAV screen. It paired on first try but not only that - the Z10 then asked me what manufacturer of the vehicle I had and once I chose "Dodge" it now displays both the "UConnect" icon on thee lock screen of the BB but also the identical Dodge Icon that sits on my front grill. Next time I go outside and wade through the decent amount of snow we are getting here in MD, I will try and get a screen shot and post it. Even my 16 year old son thought that was massively cool. you may want to try the 1926 radio (even if you are not on VZW) and give that a shot.

    Hope this helps.

Just installed this leak last weekend. I noticed that my battery life is significantly improved. I always have blaq, weather app, calendar and stock app running all the time. Normally by 2pm battery would be down to 30-40%. The improvement is significant. A full charge lasted the whole day!

Keep up the good work BlackBerry!

Just a quick update - I downloaded the Z30 file last night, backed up using Link, closed Link and ran the autoloader, and about an 1 later (including restoring the backup), it was up and running with the new OS. It went completely seamlessly. The longest part was backing up and restoring the phone as I overlooked the fact that I'd left the "back up media" box ticked, so it had to back up & restore 5gb of music files. I'm really impressed - it was so much easier than upgrading the OS on the earlier phones, and once I'd logged back into my mail etc, everything just pretty much worked from the word go. And my coloured LED app now works, and runs in the background.

andy625, did you also install the 1926 radio? If not, you may wish to consider doing that.
Hmm I seem to have installed the 10.2.1.1899 radio. I didn't read up on that. so not sure what the differences will be.

Same as the new OS I assume. Download - extract and run the exe. I assume it wont delete anything except the old radio version?

Now what would you recommend I use for backing up?

When I tried backing up with Link and restoring when my issue occurred, it said there was an error, but it looks to me like everything is back on track? (Strange)

Well, I tried to take a snapshot of the lock screen showing both the Uconnect icon as well as the Dodge icon when warming up my car this morning, but no joy. I used both the up/down volume control (which is what I have been using with success to take screen shots) but I didn't get thee little notification off "picture saved in you personal space". Any thoughts? I really want to post this...

    Thanks,

I've just loaded the new .1925 from BBX which was released yesterday... This is the first time I am doing a link backup/restore, backed up fine but it wouldn't restore saying I don't have have a personal work space or something? I tried doing the initial setup and changing the name of the phone to match the back up file and everything and still no go. Reloaded the OS again and now doing a security wipe, the same steps that I took before. I'll edit this post if I get the error again but can anyone shed any light on this please?

EDIT: never mind it's restoring now!

It's a chaotic method, but you could use another phone or a digital camera to take a picture of the lockscreen and then post that picture. Better than nothing
