Hello All, after great difficulty I finally convinced myself to put this leak on the new Z10 STL100-3 purchased recently. I was using a STL100-1 till date. The process of loading it went extremely smoothly on the STL100-3 and have now got the OS on the phone. But the flip side is that the switch device menu in the BB Link is not working. It took a back up of the old phone (STL100-1) but the restore onto the STL100-3 fails. Has anyone experienced a similar experience and is there a work around. I tried restoring the back up of the old phone too but that too is failing. Thanks in advance.

Load up Skype or whatever other third party program you want to use to make your video call with and use that. The call screen uses BBM.

Here's a little trick to solve the battery problems you are having on the latest radio file .1926

All you need to do is "Full charge it and then remove the battery from your phone for 8 hours(you might wanna do this overnight) and then put it back."

Did this with my Z10(stl100-1) last night and here's what my device monitor says after some hours playing temple run, browsing through CB, a few phone calls and Internet browsing.

And I haven't recharged the battery as I still have 70% left with 1 days and 17 hours.

You will see you battery below 30% in 2-3 hrs

So I just finished flashing my Q10 with this OS and found that the Q version that I pulled down last week does *NOT* contain a radio file. So unless a new version of the OS has been pushed up to Mega, anyone installing will have to download a radio and flash it in as well.

Yes. That's what I had thought too.

But BBM cal allo Vedio Calls for those Conatcts with BBM vedio calling feature only.

    Any other way????

You need to also install BlackBerry Link as it needs the drivers for the device. Try that and run the Autoloader again it should work.

Third party vendors like Skype is the only other way. There isn't a video call feature in the phone itself. BBM video and Skype video.

With a Z, go to your phone icon, swipe down from top of the screen, tap settings and select Key press Speed Dial. Press and hold a slot and add the contact from there.
Thanks for that. I had already figured out the Key Press Speed Dial thing, which is a good feature, but not what I was looking for as I have trouble remembering who is assigned to each key and the dialler keypad does not show which contact is assigned to which key. I was hoping to be able to create specific contact shortcuts that I could add to my home screen for one-touch dialling.

Ok another problem. Now that I downloaded BB Link, the autoloader loaded with "Connecting to Bootrom: _"

However now I can't connect my BB to it, when I plug in Z10 to the usb nothing happens. I am trying to connect my Z10 to the link but I can't seem to get it to work. I even uninstall the Mac BB Link. Anything I need to do on my Z10? Went to option under BB Link but nothing shows.

Having problem connecting the Z10 to my WinXP BB link. I know it is connected because it shows under preference "Research in Motion..." is plugged into the usb drive but it is gone when I unplugged it. So it must be problem with connecting to the BB link on XP, I tried reinstall BB link and restarted. Anyone here know what I can do? Thanks.

Problem solved! Went under "Storage & Access" Under the heading "Access to Storage", switched the usb setting to "Connect to Windows", and bang loading now from autoloader!

    Hey guys,

*Noob alert*! Which of these downloads should I use for my AT&T Q10?

I need a few pointers as well, the instructions seem fairly simple, but a little extra help doesn't hurt..
Noob here as well. Finally, got this installed on my AT&T Q10 using the following installs:
    1.First install Q5/10 10.2.1.1925 with 10.2.1.1899 radio
    Link: https://mega.co.nz/#!w5NnEBDI!evmoT2...dWQG2D40DXctFc
    2. Install 1926 Radio for Q10/5. Z10 1/2/3/4 /Z30 after step 1

Good Luck!! Let me know if it helped.

This release of 10.2.1.1925 was my first leak-load on my year old Z10.
I figured that I'd be old(er) and gray(er) if I waited for AT&T to release any updates.
Did a full Link backup, ran the autoloader, did a full restore and everything is running great.
Side loaded Snap and have access to Google Play and the Android apps I've installed run very well.

Thanks to all who've contributed to making this so easy!

Oh.. one complaint.. in bedside mode the clock is sooooo dim that's it's difficult to read, even in complete darkness... but I can live with that

I'm having issues with my notifications. It works then stops. I get messages just no audio or vibration alerts. I have to restart several times a day. Anyone got any idea how to fix this or should I reinstall?
I am having the same issue, but I have not found a solution or an answer here.
    I am running 10.2.1.1925 w/1926 radio
I wonder if we are the only two.
